When I scheduled my appointment, which was very convenient and easy by the way, the man was helpful and friendly on the phone. He was someone from a generalized call center. The lady, Cindy, from the actual store called to confirm my appointment and get some additional information. This is where she and the company really stood out to me with their customer service. I had told them my car was a 2012. Which I thought it was.(couldn't remember!) She called to clarify as the VIN was showing a different year and this would make the windshield different. I really appreciated this as it corrected a problem and saved me a hassle to reschedule and come back had it been left as I had told them. Got off to a bit of a rough start. I was recommended to auto glass now by my insurance provider and they beat the quoted from 2 other places I had looked into to replace my cracked windshield. They were quick to replace my window, but unfortunately the quality of the aftermarket window was not good at all. My vehicle has some advanced features like many cars these days like lane keep assist, collision avoidance, and a heads up display projected on the glass. The aftermarket window was not made to work with these features, and none of them worked properly after the tech installed the glass. I refused to pay for this window since it was not an appropriate repair. After some personal research I discovered that for my specific vehicle I would need an OEM window for these features to work. After a fiasco dealing with my insurance they refused to pay for an OEM window, so I decided to go fully out of pocket to get my car properly fixed. This is where Auto Glass Now redeemed themselves. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and told me the OEM part I needed was on a nation wide back order but that they would look into getting me one asap. Only a few days later I get a call saying my part is in and they're ready to replace my window! I was very pleased as even my own Mazda dealership couldn't get the window. They replaced my window with the OEM part and it's as good as new. I'm very happy I got the OEM part and pleased with how helpful Auto glass now was. read more

Everyone that I contacted or contacted me from the quote to the install were very professional and courteous EVEN after I messed up and got my install date wrong and they had to reschedule me. When I first arrived I was ready to go back home and start over. The building looked old and dirty. Both company vehicles were beat up and I just was not feeling this place. I walked in and spoke to one of the two guys there and told them I had an appointment at 8am. They told me to pull my car in and that it would be 1 hour and a half. So I waited. I hung around and watched one of the workers go to town on my broken rear drivers side window. Not that it was fast because it was, about 45 mins, but he was very precise. He knew what he was doing. I was impressed on the amount of care, covering the interior of the panel and seats from any broken glass potentially falling on it during the repair. Moral of the story. I needed my windshield replaced and was referred to this place through my insurance. I called and made an appointment for a technician to come out to my home and replace my windshield. He arrived on time and began the work which took about 45 minutes. After he left, I noticed that some of the parts that previously did not have any signs of falling off or lifting up, were now showing just that. I attempted to call the company 3 times and each time I was connected to their call center which had absolutely no idea of what the work I had done entailed. I decided to drive down to the location on the next work day. I arrived and explained my concerns to the only employee present in the garage area. I asked if I could speak to a supervisor. He insisted I tell him what I needed. Once I explained everything, he was very insistent that the problem I had was due to "tear and wear." I explained that I understood what "wear and tear" meant, but that this issue had never come up until I had the work done on the windshield. He instructed me to speak to the office manager. I walked into the office and was met by a woman named Cindy. Although at first her response and demeanor wasn't very promising or welcoming, she eventually agreed to order the part for me and fix the issues that were obviously the result of the work done. If I could give separate stars for the employees, Cindy would get 5 stars and the man that I first encountered would get 0 stars. He was extremely rude and dismissive. He even rolled his eyes at me like a toddler because he kept insisting that it was "tear and wear" and didn't want to hear my reasoning or input. Cindy assured me that someone from their company would get back to me and I was on my way. I'm pleased that Cindy was able to make the situation better by offering to order the parts free of charge to me, but having to deal with this was a pain. Who has time for yet a second appointment, when this should have been done right from the start? Not me! Cindy has a horrible attitude and no patience whatsoever. Made the whole experience working with these guys very bitter. Took way longer than expected because of lack of communication amongst the team. I'm just glad I have the glass fixed now. However, if Safelite had the glass I needed for my car (I have a newer car model), I would have totally gone with them instead. It hurt to pay the price because I just hated the experience I had with Cindy from the beginning. Also this was one place that my insurance, Mercury, recommended. After the service, a light sensor came on which took a while to get rid of. The gentleman in the garage are great and very patient. I was able to bring it back for them to look at it and were able to remove the sensor light. The main reason for the low score is due to the customer service that Cindy provided. I highly recommend another company. For the owners, I recommend you re-train Cindy on her customer service skills. Very lacking. read more

Great service!!! Went there a few weeks ago to replace windshield. I arrived and was told it would be 1 1/2 - 2 hours for installation and calibration and they'd call me if it was ready sooner. They asked if i was going to wait or come back for it. I told them i was going to grab some breakfast somewhere and I'd be back. About 10 minutes later i received a call but didn't recognize the number so i didn't answer since i wasn't expecting a call until at least an hour. Anyway as I'm waiting for my breakfast order, the guy from All Star Glass shows up and tells me that they tried to call and tell me they received the wrong windshield and that I'd have to come back the next day and that he'd be waiting for me to take me back to the shop. I couldn't believe he actually came looking for me being there were a few places in the area i could have been. The next day i was in and out within an hour. Watch out for these scammers and the information you give them for a quote. They only need the last 8 digits of the VIN to run a valid parts list for the vehicle. They will ask you for the full VIN, phone number, zip code and vehicle license plate number. Don't give them all that information. I gave them a full VIN and they couldn't pull up a valid parts list -- claiming the vehicle was a different model. This was absolutely not true.. because I ran the VIN on a Mopar parts website and the correct model and parts listening came up. Beware! read more

I was told they would show up between 1-5 and the tech ended up calling me a little after 1 and he was already at my house. I popped the hood and took out whatever accessories would be in his way of replacing the windshield. Another tech showed up and helped him put the windshield on. I took a quick glance since I had to go back to a meeting (working from home), paid and they were on their way. They did an "ok" job. Glass was on straight but they did not secure the trim piece to the glass well so 1/4 way down on each side it wasnt even sitting on the windshield. This trim piece/gasket isnt hard to install straight but looks like they just didn't put tape on it to keep it from moving so after work I had to use a plastic tool to get it out and on the windshield. 5 stars for speed of service and they guys being nice. 2 stars for attention to detail. 3/1/2021 UPDATE: I did a closer inspection while I was working under the hood of my car and noticed they did not put 5 clips back. Now I'm going to be out $20 so far. awesome read more

Filed the claim with my insurance and Edwin from All Star came to my workplace to get the replacement done. He was on time, friendly, and professional. Please, please, avoid this service. I've ordered a windshield and they said they don`t have a part now and need to order it. After that, I was waiting for a week and I was driving without the windshield for a week and they never follow up. Today I called to them again, they have wrong vehicle model for my order, and then they've asked VIN number for my car. (I believe these guys didn`t order the part for my car) So I ask them to cancel the order and they were being very rude and disconnect the call. Worst service ever. read more

They gave me a time frame and showed up right in the middle of the window, they even called 30 minutes before arriving. The two men who showed up, Jaime and Edwin, were awesome! Trying to deal with All-Star Glass has been one of the worst experiences I have had with any type of automobile repair services. My window broke on Sunday 4/21 and the earliest appointment they had was the following Thursday, when they came out to the appointment they told me my window regulator was broken and needed to be replaced by a mechanic. Took it to the mechanic and found out that this information was wrong. Once I got my car repaired they set up another appointment to replace the window, only to find out (after a week and a half long repair at the mechanic) that they brought out the wrong window part for my car - After all the time they had to figure out what part was needed for the repair, they brought the wrong one! So I call Cindy at their front desk to get more information on how this happened and express how inconvenienced I have been to not have a car for two weeks, she had no definitive answer as to their mistake with the window part and then proceeded to blame me for the length of time for my repair through the mechanic. Although this repair had absolutely nothing to do with the fact that they did not bring the correct part. I called our local Safelite and got an appointment within a couple of days. After my sticker shock went away I called a competitor in Placentia who quoted $298.00 for the exact same OE replacement windshield! Semi on the freeway + small pebbles = crack in my windshield. Sucks. But I lived with it for a little while, until one day that tiny crack shot clear across my entire windshield. My deductible is about the same cost as just paying for a new windshield out of pocket, but I called my agent anyway. They recommended All Star, so I called and got a quote. I called and they beat the other quotes I got ... plus they offer a AAA discount! The scheduler was very accomodating. I had a mobile unit come to my work to do the work the next day. Everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. If I had to do it all over again, I would've steered clear from that damn semi. But, other than that, I would've used All Star again.
