Excellent service! I was told it would take about 90 minutes to replace my front windshield. It was done in less than 1 hour for a great price! read more

The ease of making my appointment was excellent. I needed a windshield installed before we left on our trip. Destiny worked it out so I could get it done the very next day. She was very accommodating. The glass work was superb & only took two hours. A great place to have a windshield replaced. I will continue to go there in the event I need another windshield replacement. Highly recommend this company! read more

My the rear window on the passenger side of my truck was broken into while I was at work. My insurance company refered me to All-star Auto Glass Repair. They're very personable and considerate. I work nights so they allowed me to get some rest first before making the repairs. Due to the down pour of rain repairs needed to be done at their location instead of my residence. I believe her name is Sue who's real sweetheart she was very helpful and patient with me in my groggy state or sleepiness. They were efficient and very very reasonable in price. The work was completed in no time and I was able to return back home to go back to sleep I highly recommend going to them for any type of window repair. Thank you so much everyone read more

I have used All Star Glass for my classic vehicles for more than ten years. I called today as was informed that they no longer install classic vehicle glass? I was very disappointed! They claim to service all types of vehicles?? But would not let there experienced installer "Leroy" whom I have worked with for ten years, even take the service call! So really NO SERVICE was what was offered. The woman who called from the El Cajon office just said "try to find whoever?" BAD/NO Customer service. I would not recommend this location for any auto glass needs. I was able to find a great installer with years of experience who was not AFRAID to work on a classic vehicle. My 1957 VW Karman Ghia. I even had my own glass, that maybe why, not enough profit! Profit over customer needs is not a good way to run your business. I will be sure to pass the word to ALL the classic clubs I belong to which include San Diego Mustang, VW Karman Ghia, Vintage Chevy Van, San Diego Air Cooled Club. So don't worry your office will not be getting ANY referrals for classic vehicles of any kind! read more

I needed my windshield repaired the day prior to leaving on a road trip. I really appreciate that All Star Glass was able to obtain the windshield and get me into the shop for installation on the same day I contacted them. Everyone was friendly and professional. I had an issue that came up after installation, but it was taken care of promptly and without hesitation or hassle. Bottom line is, All Star Glass is a professional, family-owned business that does good work, and stands behind it. read more

I did not use them at all. But one of there drivers drove in through a clearly marked one way exit only, then sped through our parking lot just to avoid a stop light. If they can't read basic instructions like street signs, do you really trust them with your glass? read more

I came into All Star glass completely upset because my new car was broken into. I'm going through a lot of challenges right now. The women Thersa who works there helped me. my boyfriend brought our truck into get his windshield replaced, they got it all taken care of and it looked great. until my boyfriend had to break into his truck and set the alarm off because they ripped the wires out that made his remote work. He cannot unlock his truck nor remote start it and their response to the matter was "we don't deal with after market products" even thought they broke something on one of their customers trucks they're refusing to take responsibility or solve the issue. i DO NOT recommend using this company. read more

One of the least fun tasks out there is replacing your car window. Last week some numbskull took a BB gun down my mom's street and shot at 15 cars. I'm sure his parents are proud. This happened the day before my mom was flying out for a family reunion. I was tasked with making sure the windows on two of her vehicles got replaced. Things on her Toyota went smoothly. The technician was able to replace the windshield with no problems. It was a fairly fast job too. Things were not so easy with her Honda. It seemed to take a lot longer and I ended up leaving to pick my son up and returning. He then missed his swim class as the job ran over. It turned out that extra parts were needed. I later found out that there were other parts on the back window that were corroded and affected how it opened, and he was fixing them for no extra charge. I found this out when the job could not be completed that day. This was a Friday, I was called a few days later and asked if I could come to their center to complete the job as they had the necessary tools there. I agreed, I had an appointment nearby and Theresa was able to schedule around it. When I came out to their center the job was fairly quick. I paid and it seemed like it was a little less than what my mom told me it would be. Everyone I encountered with All Star Glass was friendly and professional. Theresa especially was very concerned about getting the right colored window on my mom's Honda, I really appreciated her concern. I wish everyone was as easy and pleasant to deal with on the phone as Theresa was! read more

We are so very impressed with All Star Glass in El Cajon and would recommend it to anyone needing glass repair. Our car was broken into the morning of my girlfriend's birthday. We had planned on leaving early to head to Disneyland and even had first time dinner reservations in the park. But having the passenger side window smashed in with glass splinters throughout the car....we thought there was no way we'd make our original plans. AAA recommended All Star Glass, we called - relayed the mornings events (mentioned the birthday plans) and received nothing but ideas and solutions on how to still make it to our plans. Theresa (in the office) was incredible at scheduling and even calling us later to move up our appointment. We brought the car in and were told up front the cost and time. When it was discovered the glass removal would take a little more time, we were told right away. They replaced the window, cleaned all the glass they could out of the car (about 90% that was reachable) and rushed us out quickly as possible. We made it to Disneyland and even made the reservations because of the amazing staff at All Star Glass El Cajon. THANK YOU!!! read more

Called this place because I needed a glass repair, obviously.... The woman who answered my call to the call center was extremely nice and helpful. Prices were good enough and it was close to where I live. The office lady at the actual repair shop could use some professional etiquette lessons however. Just overall pretty grumpy I guess, but oh well... They did a fine enough job fixing my glass. read more

Notice to anyone trying to get a chip in the glass fixed, do yourself a favor and take a picture of your window before going to this shop or avoid going. This company created a break in the glass after bringing it in and claimed that it had happened on the way to the shop. My father went to the shop to get a small chip fixed which was on the driver's side window. My dad parked on the side of the building and the lady Theresa came outside and asked him to pull it into the shop. My father parked it inside and walked to the front desk. She asked him what was being fixed and he said the chip. She said no your window has a crack in it. My dad complete my baffled said what are you talking about and when he went to see the car, there was a 2 foot crack running up the middle. They said maybe you didn't see it. How is it possible to not see this big of a crack. Someone at the place cracked the window so they could make money for a replacement. Do NOT trust this company. I filed a police report and will be filing a complaint on BBB. This company is not honest because when I asked to see video inside the shop they claimed they don't have security camera. Avoid this company. I hope corporate will respond because Theresa is very unprofessional and did not want to provide any proof that it had happened before. read more

I had the windshield installed in December 2015. The installer broke the windshield washer Tee and then put a small tube between two of the three washer hoses. I found out in July why my driver side washer was not working. Their irresponsible employee cost me an hour of my time fixing his error. (I thought the sprayer was clogged). read more

Awesome company and service! I researched All Star Glass, read reviews both here on Yelp and other sites, and called around for prices to replace a 2004 Dodge Neon windshield. I was quoted about $195 from different places. All Star Glass quoted me $194 out-the-door which I felt was very reasonable. Before doing any research, I had expected to pay anywhere from $300-$500 for a new windshield, and was very suprised. I chose to do the mobile installation, which is FREE. I scheduled for the 8-11am time frame and the guy came around 9am and was done within about 45 minutes. The guy was very nice and didn't mind me watching and asking questions.. it was interesting to see how they do it! And my windshield looks identical to what it did before getting hit by a rock. If I ever need a new windshield (lets hope not!), I will surely come back to All Star Glass! Great price, nice employees, great work, and hassle-free with the mobile installation. Tip: Schedule the appointment through their website and you get $10 off. I had a lady call me about an hour later on the phone, answered my questions and scheduled an appointment for me. You can also get a discount if you have AAA. read more

There are enough words to express how grateful and appreciative your kindness there at All Star Glass employee Theresa was. My door window fell into the door panel. Called them and they told me what they thought the problem was (regulator needed replacing). Quoted me $250 installed (similar to another place I had called). They told me I could bring it in right then as they had time to check and make sure that was the actual problem. I brought it in and it turned out to just be a bolt that was loose and they had it fixed in 5 minutes. Only charged me their minimum ($52). Very friendly and professional service from all. I'll use them again for sure. read more

I got a quote from this company to reseal the rear window on my truck, due to it leaking & install a new plastic molding that surrounds the rear window. The quote was very reasonable & the employees seemed to be very knowledgeable & friendly, so i went ahead & used them for the services. The repair took about a couple hours, which i expected. When I got home, i noticed the installation of the rear molding wasn't right & the overhead dome light wasn't reinstalled properly. Long story short, i had to take everything apart myself to properly repair the work they were supposed to do. I'm not sure if they were just in a rush or they thought i wouldn't notice the unsatisfactory work they performed... i own/run a business, so i know how important it is to do top quality work for a customer. Its unfortunate that they don't do the same. read more

Very easy! I went to my insurance as they faxed my info over to All Star Glass and within 5 minutes they called to set up an appointment. Thank you All Star for the great service. I took the recommendations of my insurance company and had my windshield replaced at Safelite, but that was a huge mistake. Two days later my front end collision/rain sensing/rear view mirror console that attaches to the windshield fell off. I ask my dealer for a recommendation and they recommended All Star. NEVER listen to your insurance company, they will select a provider for the cheapest service, since they're paying for most of the cost and you only need to pay your deductible. I learned a valuable lesson. Go with the recommendations of your dealer, especially if you own a car that has the front end collision sensor console/rear view mirror attached to the windshield. read more

I gave one star because there is no way to give a zero. But this company definitely deserves NO STARS. I took a day off work today so I could wait for the installer to replace the windshield on my 2017 Corolla. Unfortunately, he showed up with a windshield for a 2014 Camry. I was understanding as I know these things happen. When the receptionist called to reschedule an appointment to return, I asked her if the quote I got previously was for the Corolla or the Camry. She assured me that it was for the 2017 Corolla. HOWEVER, it was now over $100 more than I was quoted 3 days ago!!! This company does not seem to have their act together. I know they are a popular company but they seem to make an awful lot of mistakes. NEVER use this company!!! read more

If I could give them a zero star I would. For over 35 years this company was my choice to replace windshields having used them going way back to roughly 1990. But no more. They replaced my windshield in late 2015 but the rain sensor kept coming loose. I took it back and they supposedly fixed it. We were told that we were just inside the warranty period. The repair did not work and the sensor kept falling loose. Just recently we took a rock to the windshield and had to replace it again. I did not use All Star Glass this time. However because the sensor assembly had to be completely removed the reason for the problem became apparent in that the All Star Glass technician apparently had broken the plastic tabs inside the plastic cover to the sensor. I believe the technician must have known this had occurred, especially when I had brought the car back. But nothing was said. Dishonest behavior. Unfortunately, you can't buy the plastic cover and must buy the entire assembly with the electronic sensor-$225 wholesale, over $300 retail. I reached out though my insurance company rep and was contacted by a manager who stated that her manager would have to contact me. Still waiting. Posted this same review on Better Business Bureau to which All Star responded that I should call them. I did but had to leave a message. They still haven't called. Can no longer recommend All Star Glass. read more
