STEPH UPDATE: Still great!…read more I didn't realize until I saw my first review from 10 (!) years ago that I'd been here before. Thank goodness for Yelp--my second brain, lol. Because of my first review, I inquired about a possible discount on the windshield replacement, even though of course I had no receipt, I wasn't expecting anything--just thought it might be worth a try, but they actually agreed to give me a little discount, which I really appreciated. The new windshield is great; may it last at least 10 years!

I am Completely satisfied with the service and the price. You were highly recommended by a friend and I will definately pass the word to others who face the dilema of having broken automobile windows along with the dread of not knowing where to get quality work at a VERY reasonable price. I was told by two places I had to order the molding and I had to scramble making calls, looking up the molding online and Safelight called me the day of my appointment and said they couldn't source it. I ended up getting it off another BMW but..with a pleasant grin Khalid showed me he had a molding and it would not have even been an issue if I did not have mine. He has been in business over 30 years and I see why! He made me realize what the so called big guys don't do. And talk about quick... I HIGHLY recommend this place! 100%

It was gonna take a little longer so I didn't stick around, but I didn't need my car for the day so I decided to pick it up right before they closed. They did a really good job of putting it on, clearing six years of the four hits that I had on the front windshield. I'm hoping that I don't collect anymore for a very long time. Special thanks to Mario and his son for getting my car completed today. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They're very communicative and prompt on their time of job completion.

I definitely needed to get this fixed ASAP. Did a bit of research on good 'ol Yelp for a local mobile auto glass shop and LBMAG was one that caught my eyes with a decent number of reviews. I waited till they opened at 8 am, asked for a quote, and came out to less than $300. They were able to fit me in for 10 am - 12 pm same day. The guy came pretty close to 10 am and was done in about 20-30 minutes. Made sure the broken glass that was inside my car was all vacuumed as well. Very simple and appreciated the short notice assistance on this. Would definitely recommend for locals and needing something quick!

SCAM ALERT Long Beach Auto Glass is straight up scamming…read morepeople. They pretend to be other legit companies, give you a cheap price over the phone, then when they show up they try to jack the price way up. Total bait-and-switch. When I called the real company they claimed to be from, that business had NO clue who these people even were. So basically, they're lying, impersonating real shops, and ripping people off all over Long Beach. This is shady, dishonest, and completely unacceptable. Don't waste your time or money -- these guys are scammers.

JJ Windshields was the only company that proactively discussed recalibration (which I knew my…read morewindshield required) and provided a calibration report after installation. That immediately gave me confidence. Eddie was honest, knowledgeable, and focused on safety. He even pointed out a small crack in a windshield he had available and advised against using it instead of making a quick sale. When the original timeline was longer to find a replacement than I hoped, he worked hard to find an alternative and got me scheduled sooner. The installation was done at my home, and Eddie was prompt, professional, and extremely careful with my vehicle. The finished result looked flawless, and my car looked like new. Their quote was also very reasonable considering the quality of the windshield, the included recalibration, the workmanship, and the level of customer service provided. You may find a cheaper option, but it's hard to put a price on honesty, expertise, and peace of mind. Highly recommend JJ Windshields if you're looking for honest service, quality work, and excellent customer care.

Everyone, PLEASE be wary of this business…read more On my daily commute in early 2018, a rock had been flung up and cracked my windshield. I called Mobile Auto Glass to fix my windshield. The installation of the window took place over the course of 3 separate occasions in which large air leaks had to be corrected by several of their technicians, resulting in the removal and reinstallation of the window multiple times. In late 2018, I discovered some bubbling under my paint at the roofline of my car at the top of the window seal on the passenger side. I called MAG to evaluate the issue, and their technician claimed it was a factory defect from Toyota. I highly doubted this claim, but to rule out all possibilities, I agreed to take the car to Toyota to investigate it further. Toyota's body shop had been able to confirm and DOCUMENT gouges in the paint consistent with amateur removal and installation of the window which led to the severe rusting of the metal around the front windshield. The repairs cost me about $1,600 which MAG had refused to reimburse me for, even with all of the clear evidence I had provided to them. I had missed work and rented a car for a couple weeks, which I was willing to overlook if they would just pay the body shop bill. DO. NOT. TRUST. THEIR. WORK.
