I have bills of being overcharged for extra charges that I did not request. I have pictures of the used tires that they gave me when I paid for new ones.I would highly recommend staying away from this person.Because his lawsuit didn't go so well in virginia, and he has one now in north carolina. I can't speak for the people that work for him.But I do know he does not pay them when they're supposed to be paid. He actually holds back their pay.And the sad thing is, he doesn't care who he destroys and what pockets he takes out of. Stay away from this company. On 8-12-2024, I entrusted my 2015 SHO to McConnell Auto Glass. The precision and expertise with…read morewhich they replaced the cowling at the base of my windshield were truly remarkable. The entire appointment, including keeping me updated on the repair progress, took less than an hour. My positive experience with McConnell Auto Glass began weeks before the appointment. The office manager recommended contacting a body shop first, as their prices may be lower than McConnell Auto Glass. I did so, got a lower estimate, and was kept waiting for a repair that the body shop stated, in the end, that they did not do; They did not repair cowlings. I endured two missed appointments and a daylong wait for that outcome! I will not mention the body shop's name, but one would assume that someone of their Caliber could correctly state what they did or did not do! [Caliber Collision of Cary, for example!] I cannot recommend McConnell Auto Glass of Raleigh, NC, highly enough. I give them a perfect rating of five (5). This is not an exaggeration; they deliver exceptional work at a fair price. If you have any issues with auto glass or cowlings, I urge you to consider McConnell Auto Glass. They have earned my trust and will be my go-to auto glass repair company.

The appointment was set for a week later and estimated to take 4 hours. We dropped the car off on Friday morning, and they called 4.5 hours later saying it was ready. When we arrived at 2 PM, it wasn't. The unit turned off with the ignition. After another 3-hour wait, they fixed it by correcting the fuse connection. However, the lens was installed upside down, showing the unit wasn't quality checked. By 4 PM, I took the car with the condition of testing it. An hour later, I called back--the rear camera's view was obstructed by defroster and antenna lines, and the side views only showed the cab. They agreed to move the rear camera outside, but this caused another problem: the gridlines during reverse were a foot off, making parking inaccurate. In the end, I was left with a unit that didn't cover blind spots or back up properly. The $600 dashcam wasn't suitable for my car and shouldn't have been recommended. It seemed they only offered this unit without considering its compatibility with my vehicle. I was told if I wanted those features, I needed to pay for the $1300 version. Their next appt. to remove the device was made 2 weeks out. At that time they refunded the mirror, but not the $400 labor. I cannot in good faith recommend their expertise regarding the products they sell, the labor quality or the salesman tactics of this establishment. Their level of professionalism only lies within their current structure - anything outside the box just "costs more".
