Jarel was the one that responded to my son's email right away yesterday and set up this appointment. My son was able to test drive an all-wheel challenger and was pleased at how well it drove. There wasn't anything wrong that stood out. A gouge on one of the tires but it wasn't bad and the tire is fine. The rest of the car is great. Mr. Hazen is the manager and handled the trade in with my son's car smoothly. So, I had written this review before the end of the sales and it's set up this way. I recommend waiting until all sales are final and here's why. We get to the last guy Mr. Laird and found out there's a tracker put into the car and you get charged just under $1500 for that. No choice. I didn't like that at all. We let it go since it was already in the car. Not right though.

They agreed to refund the full amount of the GAP insurance and Warranty we didn't want. He's agreed to provide a rental car and take the car into the shop and make repairs. Once this is done, money refunded, and the car has been fixed satisfactorily, I will update the overall rating. I'll keep you updated if they follow through. Warning (Do not buy a car at this dealership unless you want be harassed, scammed, and leave with a Branded title vehicle that doesn't meet any standards. Here are a couple of things to be aware of: 1) They will try to sell you a vehicle monitoring system that is $50 GPS tracking unit that is connected to your OBDII system. They wanted $1799 for it, and they say it can't be removed. It has two tabs to remove the unit in about 10 seconds; Later the salesman said we could pay for a year then they will remove it.... this was a complete lie. Don't Pay it! 2) They tried to add on a carbon credit fee of $200 which no one could explain what it was. 3) Branded cars have no manufactures warranty left, you have zero warranty on their cars. They will offer you a warranty and in my son's case they said it was $2,200 off but the contract was $4500 for a warranty, he thought it was $2200 total????? 4) The next morning after driving the car home he noticed the trunk was leaking, the taillights were full of moisture, and the trunk is out of alignment. We had an autobody tech look at it and he said there were numerous panels out of alignment and the car should not have left the shop. We went into the dealership Monday morning and asked to return the car and get our down payment back. They said it's his fault and he should have checked the vehicle (it was dark at night when he saw the car). This may be the worst car dealership in Utah and is by the least honest I've come across ever. You're better off going to Carmax or another dealer who stands behind their cars and doesn't lie to you the entire sales process. Run as fast as you can from here!

They purchased my last two Model Ys at an extremely fair price, no games, no pressure. If you're looking to sell an EV and want a smooth, honest experience, I highly recommend EV Auto. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

Took 3 weeks to get the roof rack, it was evident the salesman had totally forgotten about it. As I was getting my Utah license about 30 days later, it occurred to me to check the plate status. The state hadn't received any paperwork! Called EV auto and got a runaround, that they go through a "3rd party vendor" for titles and they didn't have it. I didn't buy the car from a 3rd party-- I bought it from you. EV express mailed me an extension tag, and when the title finally came in the salesman walked it into the DMV. So 3 stars for the recovery. However I'm certain that if I hadn't checked and kept following up, I would have been driving on an expired tag for who knows how long.

They quoted me a price $2k more than what was listed on the price. Finally got price negotiated but had to have exact numbers as I would be flying in to get vehicle. After hours finally got the go ahead. Arrived next day, got keys to look at car but it was snowy so couldn't see the whole thing. I never got offered to test drive car. We had agreed that we could docusign because my husband would not be with me. The finance guy was so mad about this, as they don't do docusign. They made me sign my husbands signature. Finished the process, not one person said thank you, no one shook my hand, no one went over the car with me. The most bizarre car buying experience of my life. Now we are almost 40 days out and my courthouse still does not have the paperwork and I have not received anything from finance company. Called multiple times and emailed, finally got a hold of the finance person and nothing has been sent because he said he didn't have a copy of our drivers license even though they need those when they pull our credit? I would never recommend them to anyone!

Three days later they need more time to investigate and want to tear down the differential to identify the issue, and more money to explore. They aren't here to help, they are available to collect a payment. Polite, but incompetent service. People deserve better. Full detail: Went in for help addressing noise and vibration drivers side front wheel one day after a 60k service ($900) including: alignment; tire rotation/balance; front/rear differential service. They hypothesized that the wheel hub needed to be replaced ($60). The inspection video details a completed successful repair, but never confirms the hub was actually bad. After completion the original issue remained. I wasn't able to return to the shop but called within 15 min to discuss with the service manager and tech, but no one was available and I was told to call back/come back the next day. They next day they said they would have to dig in to see what the actual issue was, no comment on the unnecessary repair. Three days later, they need to dig deeper and tear down the differential, that they serviced days prior. They offered to credit the hub repair cost to digging in to the differential but are just ringing up the bill at this point. They wont own the unnecessary repair and return my money. I can't trust them. Terrible experience, with no end in sight.

We bought the car knowing it had a branded title but Trent had said it was rebuilt and restored to code and things looked good on the outside. But it was far from that. We took the car to Kia in layton to get a sensor recalibrated and when they took off the front bumper they immediately called my husband and said they wouldn't work on the car because of how bad it was and advised us to get a lawyer and sue immediately. Here is a list of some of the problems we had with this car Self tapping screws holding things together including the radiator, a screw in the sunroof shade, bad battery, bent crash bar, bent frame, broken radiator, missing skid plate, the bumper was plastic welded together, forward collision sensor was broken and the hood latch broke. We contacted trent to see if he would make things right and he agreed to take it into a shop to get it fixed well the body shop had the car for almost 3 months and Trent was absolutely terrible at communicating and wouldn't answer our messages or got shitty with us when we asked for parts lists and things that were getting fixed. Well we Got the car back and found out he only got the radiator fixed, new crash bar and supposedly fixed the frame. And has now ghosted us. For them to have my car for almost 3 month I thought it would have been all fixed but we still have to put so much money into it. Long story short please for the love of god don't buy from this dealership especially if it's from Trent and me and my husband have learned to never buy a branded title again.
