Rush truck Center held onto the truck for over two weeks claiming they didn't have an open bay, mean while I could log into my in-cab camera and see that it was sitting in a bay for over a week, then they said it needed batteries even though I had replaced them less than week before taking the truck to Rush truck center. Then they came up with a story about a check engine light even though I drive the truck 60 hours a week and never have a check engine light. so the mud flaps cost $380 to replace with two techs doing the work, and $1784.00 to replace 3 batteries that were not bad (had them tested at interstate battery) with the other repairs they made up for a grand total of $4,512.00. To top it all off there was a giant grease glob left in the middle of my drivers seat, the techs and service writers at this shop are incompetent, crooks, and liars do not spend your hard earned money here.

Danny not only listened to me talk about the issues I was dealing with (car wise). He spoke highly about another man named Melvin. Who just so happened to be a Mobile Mechanic. Danny gave me Melvin's number and he answered when I called or maybe I had to send him a text. Nevertheless Melvin let me know that he's a RELIABLE, Trustworthy, and decent person. He told me, He'd be able to come and see what was actually happening with my ride. Because he was gonna be in the area. Twenty minutes later Melvin was calling to let me know he was outside parked by my ride. That's what's lacking in today's society. There's so many weasels out here in the world. For whatever reason, the 3 people at the counter were either asking lots of questions or were getting a lot of information from the sales people. It was ridiculous. So I finally get up to the counter and I ask them for the part and they show nothing. The computer returns something to the tune of "no parts exist for this search." So I stood in line for nothing. *sigh* Then I go back later because I need a tire patch kit. I stand in line again, waiting to check out and one of the staff says, "if you're waiting to check out, she'll get you over here." So I get out of line and stand in line by the indicated counter-person. As soon as she's done, the guys in the line I was just in, come and walk in front of me to talk to her, because she speaks Spanish and the one they were waiting on doesn't. *sigh*. Why I even had to switch lines in the first place is beyond me. The service is slow here. At least the lady at the counter apologized for me waiting so long. Daughter got off, purchase the windshield washer fluid, me being mom decided to exit the truck to add the fluid.
