Bobby isn't a jeffy lube. He is however, the most trust worthy mechanic in the town. Me and my family have been going to him for years. I can't tell you how many times Bobby has looked my mom in the eye and said. Lyn, grant can fix this himself you don't need to pay me to do it. The guy is a great diagnostician, and if it's something you can do on yourself he'll just be honest with you. One time my brother instead of going to him first decided they were gonna try and fix their car in the auto zone parking lot. Dumped a couple hundred dollars in parts trying to figure out what was wrong with it. They finally gave up and just towed it to Bobby's. He called back a few hours laughing "tell those knuckleheads, next time start with the cheapest fix, all that was wrong was a six dollar fuse." Didn't charge us nothing. It's so relieving to know your Mechanic is both skilled, and an honest god fearing man.

A quick jump got me going, and with little time to spare, I drove to this O'Reilly, requesting a battery check. Jess brought the machine out, checking my battery, and the system. Alas, my battery was dead. Jess showed me all of my options, helping me choose the battery that was right for me, after showing me all of the options with a wide price range. As Jess worked we were able to chat. I was so impressed with Jess's desire to help others. As we stood outside, me in a suit and Jess working on my car, I was treated with so much respect. Jess also worked quick, and I made it to my appointment on time. I cannot thank Jess and the team at this O'Reilly enough for getting me back on the road and on to my appointment. I will return to this location any time I find myself in need.

Five-Star Service & Honesty!…read more I had an excellent experience at Discount Tire thanks to Senior Assistant Manager Kevin Hunter and his team. I brought in my mother's vehicle after being told one tire was dangerously low on tread. Kevin took the time to show me the tread readings and explain exactly what was needed without any pressure. I decided to purchase three new tires and also requested an alignment. When I returned later that afternoon, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they had checked the alignment and found it was nearly perfect--so they didn't perform an unnecessary service or charge me for one. That level of honesty and integrity really stood out to me. They could have easily charged me, and I would have been none the wiser. I dropped the vehicle off around 1 PM without an appointment, and despite being extremely busy and working in 100+ degree Texas heat, they had everything taken care of by about 4:30 PM. I've used Discount Tire before and have always appreciated their tire warranty and great customer service, but this experience reinforced why I'll continue coming back. Thank you, Kevin and the entire team! You've definitely earned five stars and my continued business.
