Went in for brake pads and two rotors. They had the rotors but not the pads I wanted but they did…read morehave a set at the next price level up. I was told I would need to go to another store that had them in stock and buy the rotors now. That's when the manager on duty stepped in and saved me the trip by giving me the higher priced pads at the lower price. Very much appreciated and a great example of excellent customer service. My husband just came from work and was quite upset. He was just leaving his job at an auto parts…read morestore and two hispanic men asked him if he could help them. They had been to O"Reillys to get a auto part, and were treated very rudely. I don't know who waited on them but he was so disrespectful. The older gentleman spoke some english and he said at O'Reillys the person waiting on them kept saying, "don't speak spanish" don't speak spanish". This person had total disregard and obviously just wanted them to leave. My husband did help them and they were so thankful and kind and said to him, God bless you. Let me tell you this is what is so wrong in our world. People like this working in a customer service position and treating people that are of a different race and don't speak good english don't have a chance. My husband said they looked so hurt and defeated. He would not walk into this O'Reilly Auto Part store ever. The owner needs to train his employees to treat customers with dignity and respect. No one deserves this. I don't want to have to give any stars, I would give 0 but cannot post this unless I give 1 star.

Before walking into the store, I released my hood, but left it shut…read more When I walked into the store this little scrawny guy just stared at me and I asked if I could get my battery checked. He proceeded to walk over to grab the device and demanded I pop my hood immediately because he was the only one in the store and needed to hurry. I stated to him that I did unlock my hood, but then interrupted me and said "no you didn't, I watched you come in! Can you please go open your hood now!" I looked at him like he was crazy. I walked out and he tested it in a matter of seconds and said "bad battery" He tried to conversate with me and I cut it short. Did not need rudeness as I was just trying to see if I could make it to work..

I went into AutoZone to get some license plate fasteners. There's an employee leaning to the front…read morecounter named Drew that asked if I needed any help. I told him what I needed and he told me I'll four above the license plate holders. I went over there by myself noticed they had a few different types of bolts and went back to the counter, to see if the other associate could look them up for me. she was not able to find them and asked Drew for some help and Drew told me they were all the same. I told him they are not the same third different sizes. We walked over. He looked at them and pointed at some and said, diesel fit most vehicles , I said, but I want to fit my vehicle. He pointed some other ones that were metric that had a smaller thread. I said, I don't want to ruin the vehicle in the wrong parts. That's why I was asking your associate at the front counter to try to look them up. He said the computer will not tell us that... I thanked him for his lack of assistance and left. I'll go to another auto parts store. This used to be the main one I come to, but I guess that changes today. Thanks, Drew.

I love this place!!!…read more It's now an 'O'Reilly Auto Parts' (at least two years now). These people are great! This time I got both an engine and cabin air filter for less than $40 whereas the Dealership wanted $128 for the same two filters. Garret, the associate helping me, was awesome. He actually put in the two filters for me (it was my first time doing it on this vehicle) and they didn't charge me anything. I tried to give him a tip but he wouldn't accept (OMG what incredible service.). They also offer free electrical testing, free wiper blade installation, free check engine light testing, free recycling of parts, and will loan you tools to install parts, if needed! What a great place! Thank you Garr. 2019 update: I came in again and like before they were super helpful and helped me install new blades. A great place to go!

J.R. Was not pleasant to work with. Not sure what me and my father did but he was one worded with…read morehis responses, his demeanor portrayed he didn't want to work with us. We asked for spark plugs and he didn't even suggest which brand to go with. I didn't feel welcomed by J.R. His co-worker on the other hand (Michael I believe his name was) was assisting another customer and that interaction sounded dope. He was tuned in to the customer and was very resourceful! The store itself can receive 5 stars everyday. my experience today though was a 2 star, pushing 1 because one employee acted as if we ruined his day.
