I also hope they stand behind their work with a good warranty. So far, I'm very happy with the service--they really deliver prompt and efficient work that meets my needs. When I first came in looking for an estimate on a costly repair another shop had told me I needed, they said the rack didn't need replacing and the slight shimmy in the front end was a brake rotor wear problem. They didn't even charge me for the trouble-shooting. Been a customer ever since. They're not going to try to upsell you and tack-on battery, wipers, fancy flushes or repairs you don't need. If they have time and you're a regular customer and stop in with a flat or other quick problem to solve they usually can accommodate you or provide you with a timely date they can get to it. Or they'll tell you the repair could wait another month or two and then bring it in. You will probaby need to leave your car there for the day but if it's something quick you can wait for it.
