Typically, I do this on my office copier. However, it is not working right now. So I contacted another local printer, but they were not able to complete my job on the same day. So I called Biltmore Pro Print and spoke to John. I needed about 75 color copies on my provided heavyweight card stock. I asked if this would be possible to print while I waited. He confirmed that it could be done within minutes and so I headed over with my flash drive and paper. When I arrived, I was greeted by John, who was so friendly and welcoming. He took a look at my project and even though their main copier had just went down, luckily their backup copier was working. He quickly pulled up by my documents and asked a few clarifying questions about how they were to be printed. He sent a test to the copier to make sure it looked correct. The first copy looked great so he sent the remaining documents to the copier. Unfortunately, the way they were sent to the copier combined the documents, as if they were one form instead of each individual PDF being printed. I remember this happened one other time at another printer, and I forgot to mention it today. We caught the error, but not until after there were multiple duplicate certificates printed. We were able to quickly identify which ones had not printed and he re-printed them at no additional charge. This is something I did not expect and him so grateful for this level of customer service. The cost for all of my copies was less than half of what the other printer wanted to charge. John was very helpful and I am grateful for his kindness. I cannot express how content I am with the level of customer service and this experience has solidified my commitment to using this company for all of my future printing needs. Thank you so much! I will absolutely recommend you to anyone who needs printing services.

I tried to use the online notary several times to get the account authorized in the beginning, and each time I waited a long time, and no one ever became available. I then went and got the paperwork notarized in person and submitted it. It was only supposed to take 2 to 3 business days for acceptance. After I believe five days, I finally messaged to find out what the delay was and my account was approved the next day. A piece of mail, a significant check, arrived at Anytime Mailbox and I requested that it be held so I could pick it up. I then received a message saying that they had already mailed it by accident and tagged it with "my bad" instead of "I'm sorry". Very unprofessional. Photo attached. That item became lost in the mail, and I had to request a new check be sent, and I've only just received that new check from the original company after over two months from when I should have received it. While, I can't hold Anytime responsible for the Postal Service losing mail. My guess is that it was probably miss-handled in someway since all of my experiences with the company have been unprofessional and incompetent. I then got another piece of mail, another check at Anytime and requested several times that it be deposited. I even called into the location and spoke to someone and requested it be deposited. I was told that they had sent me a message, but I never received any kind of message, and there was no place to find messages on my dashboard within my account. At least not that I could find. I then asked that it be sent in the mail. I made this request with great apprehension since they had lost my previous one, but I felt like I had no choice since they were not following through on depositing the check as I requested, again several times. Even though part of the service The advertise is that they will deposit checks. That's why I signed up with them. They finally sent the check after several several weeks of practically having to beg them to take action. I finally closed the account due to the unprofessionalism, and/or lack of training and/or incompetence.

Molina Fine Jewelers/Black Starr & Frost is run by a den of thieves. I purchased my first engagement ring here for $28,000 and gave them my full trust to provide me with a quality diamond. After TWO WEEKS of my fiancé wearing the ring, we took it in to have it resized. The very careless team took the ring down to the basement, out of my sight and possession, where they do all the jewelry work, only to inform me that the diamond had a massive chip in it. I was told to lie to my fiancé about it so that she wouldn't be upset. LIE TO MY NEW FIANCE ABOUT THE $28,000 RING I JUST BAUGHT HER?! Maybe they are fine with lying at Molina/Black, Starr & Frost - I'm not. Devasted by the news, we were told that everything was our fault, after taking immaculate care of the diamond and again, only wearing the ring for TWO WEEKS! Mr. Molina refused to accept a return of the diamond, replace the diamond, or offer any sort of warranty whatsoever. The only "solution" he provided was to reduce the diamond by 20% - wonderful! Will you reduce the cost of the flawed diamond by 20% as well? Now we are in an insurance hell and my fiancé has been crying about it since we left. I can't imagine a fine jeweler where you buy a $28,000 diamond engagement ring, the diamond chips within two weeks and the customer is simply told to go pound sand. MR. MOLINA IS A COMPLETE SCAMMER!
