This was my first time ever getting a detail (lol my poor car...) and definitely won't be my last. My car had completed a cross country road trip the month before the team saw my car, and it was in rough shape. Gonna dig at my ex here, who the hell eats chips and licks their fingers, refuses a napkin and then puts their hands all over my steering wheel? Just one red flag of countless... Anyway, I feel so much better after Got Detail performed an exorcism on my car. I appreciate them so much. They were so kind, very thorough, and it was so convenient having them just pull up to my house. They took all day on my poor car because it was in really rough shape. They even got out all of the car and dog fur which is an impossible task. I should've taken before/after pictures, it was very drastic. They also wrapped inside of my engine to protect from rats!! Which I never knew about and was so sweet of them, I would've never known to ask and they just did it for me! They said you should do a detail every 6-12 months. It's not the cheapest so I'll probably do yearly. Totally worth the money though. This experience has made me a lot more vigilant of my car's condition, unfortunately I'm parked outside always and next to some gross pollen tree... so I'm gonna start going to the car wash more often. They gave me the tip to go to a touchless wash and ask for new rags. Really appreciate Got Detail and am very grateful for their tireless and spotless work!! Just as an anecdote, my battery died in the process of the detail (it was 5+ years old lol) so I went to AutoZone right after. First time ever tinting my windows on a car, Especially my Tesla M3P. I originally wanted to go for…read more35% windshield and 5% all around, Leo kept warning me on how it would look nice, but could be really dark and cops would harass me. I did tell him I was stuck between 55% windshield and 15% all around or go with 35% windshield and 5% all around. I came back to check the car out after it was finished, I am very happy with the 55% windshield and 15% all around as that is already dark enough for privacy. For someone like me that drive a lot and drive at night time a lot - I will consider this a gray area for driving at night time. If I went with 35% windshield and 5% all around - I don't think i'd be as happy lol. That would be too dangerous at night time driving. I also got the head lights PPF (light smoke). Day one, due to moisture was scary to drive at night time. After day one was over, it looked phenomenal from the inside out... I was debating on changing the PPF head lights out for clear on day one, now that I am used to it and the moisture disappeared, I can see just fine at day and night. Only thing I can say about the cons, I noticed a little bit of glue left over on the side window. Besides that, they did a very good job and Leo don't mess around about his business, he is serious about getting the job done right.

I recently hit a loose car tire on the freeway which left some damage on my front bumper. The PPF came in clutch and protected most of my original car paint. Unfortunately, the impact did penetrate through some parts of the PPF and left residual scratch marks, however had I not had the PPF the damage would have been much worse and cost a lot more to fix. Leo, Allen, and Dom were so kind to help me clean up and fix the area and make it look as new as possible. Not only did I receive high quality products and services from them 2 years ago, but now I receive a lifetime of trust in anything car detailing related!
