Asked for service records of vehicle that was serviced by them whole time. But they gave me hard…read moretime and denied to provide that information, having said that its against their policy. But I have confirmed this from Toyota customer service and there is no such policy. Horrible people to deal with especially the service department, would never deal with them for any of my Toyota issues.

The second time I was expecting them to complete the 45 month service and they just wrote that they did the 36 month service again in the log book on the back of the page. The services are also always substantially more than what they quote despite nothing being wrong with the car. I used to have a V6 AWD Volkswagen and the services at VW were much more affordable to my surprise. The car has also been recalled twice. The first recall (for the power steering) it was a nightmare getting a booking but I did eventually. The second recall (for the rear lights getting water in them) I made a booking and took my car down there and they said sorry we cant fit you in even though I had the booking. So I made another booking and took my car down there. They fixed ONE of the lights. So I called up again to make a third booking. This time I asked for a complementary courtesy car as I've been back and forth in Ubers so many times. They said yes but when I took my car down there were none available so I had to get another Uber. It seems every time I deal will them there is an issue. I have since found a fantastic mechanic at Somerton park that I cannot be more happy with. I recommend him to all my friends. Shop around and save yourself the hassle!
