So, after receiving some info via email, I ventured down here to test drive the Ford Fiesta. The salesman David (who originally emailed me) was excellent - the right balance between imparting information without being pushy. In the end, the car spoke for itself and I decided that the Fiesta was the way to go, but I was impressed by the way David 'sold' the car, highlighting the features without doing the 'hard sell'. Delivery was very easy, everything was ready when they estimated it would be, and David answered all my questions whenever I had any. Would definitely recommend this dealership :)

They gave me a good run down on what they did and the state of my car, when I picked the car up. He was nice guy too! I got the impression that these guys actually car about doing a good job, and you can't ask for much more than that. I'll be taking my car back here in a years time.

They turned up on time as promised and completed the job so quickly that I assumed the mechanic had come to the door to ask a question, not to tell me that he had finished. The car now drives really well and brakes as smoothly as it ever has. Great job!

The man on the phone said he would squeeze me in, which he didn't have too. When I picked my car up, they said they checked everything for me and said that it was fine! The man at the desk wouldn't let me pay either, which I did question him about 3 times! He was lovely and honest! So today I took my car back to be serviced even though he told me it didn't need it, I still felt as though I wanted it done because it had been a while. I went to pick it up and it was ready on time and extremely cheap! Told me what they did, went through everything! Amazing service and amazing guy! I'm extremely nervous when it comes to tradies and mechanics and stuff as I've dealt with some dodgies along the way. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else now! Great place!

I must say I was impressed with the convenience of this place, especially since it's right in the city on North Terrace. When driving past, you just follow the signs that lead you to a car park around the corner where you leave your car. There was heaps of space so no issues there. You then take the elevator down into the building where their office is located and service was so quick that we were in and out in less than a minute. Perfect!

It was way above what was quoted to me last week for this one day. Wouldn't budge when I pointed it out. Promised the kids a road trip that day and had no time to shop around. At some point, human decency has to be the priority instead of overcharging a customer.

He was very knowledgeable and able to explain all the technology (that was new to us) in an easy to follow manner. Any questions we had were able to be answered without hesitation. Thank you for making the transition so good.
