Today when we arrived to pick it up, Aaron made us feel very special, with a congratulate banner and big red ribbon on the car, even a print out showing the extras we had added to the purchase. He was very knowledgeable and able to explain all the technology (that was new to us) in an easy to follow manner. Any questions we had were able to be answered without hesitation. Thank you for making the transition so good.

While looking for a replacement tiny car, I first emailed around for information ... some…read moredealerships were excellent, and some didn't respond at all - fortunately Wayne Phillis were in the former category ;) I actually discounted a car due to lack of reply to various messages I sent (hear that, Southern Volkswagon???) So, after receiving some info via email, I ventured down here to test drive the Ford Fiesta. The salesman David (who originally emailed me) was excellent - the right balance between imparting information without being pushy. In the end, the car spoke for itself and I decided that the Fiesta was the way to go, but I was impressed by the way David 'sold' the car, highlighting the features without doing the 'hard sell'. Delivery was very easy, everything was ready when they estimated it would be, and David answered all my questions whenever I had any. Would definitely recommend this dealership :)

I called Mobile Brake Repairs recently to replace the front discs and pads on my car. Not only did…read morethey offer the best price of the places I called but they were quick to provide a quote and to book my car in. They turned up on time as promised and completed the job so quickly that I assumed the mechanic had come to the door to ask a question, not to tell me that he had finished. The car now drives really well and brakes as smoothly as it ever has. Great job!

I had my Suzuki Grand Vitara serviced here yesterday and I was impressed by their professionalism…read more The cost of the service matched the quote they gave when I booked, and it was quite reasonable. They gave me a good run down on what they did and the state of my car, when I picked the car up. He was nice guy too! I got the impression that these guys actually car about doing a good job, and you can't ask for much more than that. I'll be taking my car back here in a years time.

Tyrepower offer excellent prices on new tyres. They also service your brakes, which is how I ended up here. It looks like I'll be back soon as well as my tyres are running a bit low on tread. Anyway, the service was great. They went over the car and pointed out a few things when I came to pick it up. You could accuse them of trying to upsell by doing this, but they made sure I could see for myself the problems they were identifying. Most of them they couldn't fix anyway as they mainly deal in tyres. I had a little difficulty booking my car in, maybe it was a busy time of year, I'm not sure. Either way, it's a sign that people know quality. Really, that's the only problem I can think of.

I've always had good customer service here and their prices are comparable to most places on things.
