The stores are all usually quite large and this one is probably a mid sized store for them. It still has everything. You know they sell Garden stuff too.........and heaps of cool camping stuff! I just thought they were all about car parts but they have heaps more than that. Oh and they have ALL of that (meaning car stuff). We've picked up some really great and very cheap items when they have been on sale and once we got a bargain in store just because it was the last one they had of something and the display model. Mate, if it meant I was gonna get it for about half price I'm all good with that! Their service is always really good here and I have even had great dealings with them on ordering parts in when we have needed them. They get a deposit, which can be done by phone with credit card, and ring you when the part arrives in store for pick up. Usually it's a maximum of a few days.

I did go here once looking for touch up paint and they had nothing to suit, not even close, basically they just had the primary colours........however, the guy assisting me did tell me where I could go to get what I required and eventually I went there and his advice was right. So even when they couldn't help me they still send me in the right direction. That is what I call keeping the customer happy!

We bought a new car stereo, stereo fascia, roof mounted dvd player and the wireless headphones for the dvd all from here. And even better also got them to install the lot in the installation area at the rear of the premises. So at the same time we also got a double 12V plug installed at the rear of vehicle. Got the prices compared and worked out what I wanted with a very patient salesman. Paid for it all and booked in the install. The took my car in early that morning and they called me when it was done. Easy as! Their service was great and the kids LOVE the dvd player (so do we because it keeps them so quiet on long trips - no "are we there yet"?)

While looking for a replacement tiny car, I first emailed around for information ... some…read moredealerships were excellent, and some didn't respond at all - fortunately Wayne Phillis were in the former category ;) I actually discounted a car due to lack of reply to various messages I sent (hear that, Southern Volkswagon???) So, after receiving some info via email, I ventured down here to test drive the Ford Fiesta. The salesman David (who originally emailed me) was excellent - the right balance between imparting information without being pushy. In the end, the car spoke for itself and I decided that the Fiesta was the way to go, but I was impressed by the way David 'sold' the car, highlighting the features without doing the 'hard sell'. Delivery was very easy, everything was ready when they estimated it would be, and David answered all my questions whenever I had any. Would definitely recommend this dealership :)
