The dealership is always a welcoming place to visit, bright and airy, a coffee area and good reception staff. The only reason they have lost a star is the past 6 months, they have had some changes of staff and the service area has not kept the standards it has in the past. I hope they sort it out.

When we arrived, we were served quickly by Serg who is turbo knowledgable and had the notes from our conversation when I booked it in. What's most impressive is the cleanliness of the service centre. There's huge glass windows looking straight into the garage filled with mechanics wearing clean overalls and some in shirts and trousers! It gives me the feeling they've got nothing to hide. We had a new Polo for the day while our car was serviced. Serg called me to let me know the car was ready and then ran through the service they'd performed in huge detail. I'm now sat in the waiting room waiting for my car to be washed before I drive away.

I dropped my car off on the way to work, pre-coffee and therefore pre-lovely, but I must say despite the incredibly early hour the people were professional and kind. I got a call at work a few hours later telling me that my wheels were a little worn and would i want a wheel alignment that would cost an extra $77. I said yes and was impressed that they not only called to ask (my poor historic cars have been places where they don't ask and you pick up your car with an incredible bill attached) but that they told me how much more it would cost. I had arranged to pick her up at 3.30pm but as always life got in the way of my plans and I called to ask if I could pick her up later. The man I spoke to was very obliging and informed me that they're open until 6pm (fab!!) When i finally picked her up, a member of staff took me through everything they did and then took me out to the car to show me signs to look out for on my wheels to know when they need to be replaced. Overall it was a very female friendly, efficient and thorough place to take a car for its yearly service. I couldn't commend the staff more and will definitely be back.

Dealership given opportunity to repair damage however dealership tried to cover up damage rather than do job right. Sales rep was was helpful throughout but let down by approach and attitude of the sales manager. New Mitsubishi Outlander purchase did not have full discloser on new car being sold as demonstrator. At the time the contract for šale was due to be issued the sales manager (with poor and unprofessional attitude) confirmed that the car will be sold as a demonstrator (5 km on odometer) and warranty has begun 31.08.18 (5 weeks ago) but not registered, 'take it or leave it' approach. On four previous occassions new cars have either been referred or purchased directly with no referral program extended... again 'buyer beware'

I popped in to see Karen from Stillwell Ford and was greeted with a friendly smile. I explained to Karen what I was looking for and she showed me to the Ford Territory. I had a breif look as I was in a rush and she gave me some information and I left. Karen told me that I could Loan the car over night so a few days later I returned to loan the car over night. A few forms later and I drove off in a car. It was so helpful and non stressful to be able to do this as it gave my wife and I ample time to get a feel for the car. We made a decision to go with another brand purely based on what we needed in a vehicle and this didnt suit our needs. However Karen was so extremely helpful that I would recommend popping in to see her if you are in the Market for a new Ford.
