I was supposed to get my car back last week, but was told the polisher burned the paint on the quarter panel. I was in a rear end accident and my car was completely damage with no bumper and the front was damage as well since I hit the car in front of me. This is without a doubt the best service I have ever received from an auto body shop in my life. My Tesla X was hit in an accident and was sent there by the other drivers insurance without having any knowledge of there business. I was greeted by an very professional staff and received a free rental car imnediately. David took the information on my car and explained the process. He said if I had any questions just phone him. Each time I phoned, he took the call and kept me up to date throughout the process. When he phoned me to pick up the car, I was amazed. It literally look brand new. Everyone here was so nice! They kept me updated 1-2 times a week about the status of my vehicle. I was told I wouldn't get it for 19 days-1 month and received it earlier. The damages on my car were non existent, and my car runs smoothly too. They also followed up with me a couple days after I picked my car up to make sure everything was okay. Highly disappointed I trusted the yelp reviews. Horrible experience. Was told my car would be ready a certain date, I called on such only to be told it wasn't gonna be ready for another week. Called again a week after and was told 2 more days. But after they mentioned it was ready for pickup due to a misunderstanding. I informed them I was going to arrive at a certain time to ensure everything was good and ready to go just to be told I had to wait another 30 min for it to get detailed. I waited just to see the car still filthy from the outside/inside and was told the detailers weren't in that day so someone else had "washed" it. I see other reviews stating they got a very detailed wash on their BMW's... I guess since mines a Honda they didn't care much. After leaving, I noticed my car felt different and the engine light came on due to some fuel leak. Took the car back in just to be told it's something that they couldn't have done and that the accident must of caused it. Even though the car was driving perfect for a week before I took it in the shop. Now im left with a car that's not running right, and even though they offer lifetime warranty I have to take it to the Honda dealer to get it checked out. Aside from the leak, upon checking the engine compartment, they left me some nice gifts as blades, I tighten screws, and some broken pieces. read more

I wish I can give 100 stars! what an experience!!! My Tesla was side and rear ended in a parking lot and Tesla Inc. recommended ACG Whittier and got my fixing done here. Thomas is the man along side with his team Joseph and Cindy, giving me update calls and texts about my car. Took care of all the insurance stuff. Also I am in a Facebook So. Cal Tesla club and a lot of people recommended me to go here ACG Whittier, I now see why. Everyone is so professional, clean office and all of their team followed Covid safeties. I remember when I first dropped off my car Thomas (manager) took me to the back and explained me the process and what they need to do to my car so I can get it back as a brand new car. He had me asking questions with the mechanics and his team behind the scene, like who does that? They went above and beyond. My car looks and even smell like brand new car lol. I was recommended to this shop by premier Chevrolet dealer as a Chevrolet certified facility to fix my 2016 Corvette stingray that was rear ended by a State Farm car. this shop surpassed my expectations as I walked in to their lobby I knew my corvette was going to be repaired correctly. They took 2 weeks to finish the repairs and when I picked up my corvette I couldn't believe it my car looked better than when I bought it they cilajet my car for an additional $500 totally worth it!!! ... During the protests someone rear-ended my truck, causing it to hit my tesla, down two cars! George had a rent-a-car waiting for me when I arrived. They expedited my truck so I had at least one car. The Tesla is a new model, "Y", so there is not yet an inventory of parts, nothing they can do about that except keep me apprized of the situation and progress, which they have done without fault! They are all very friendly and polite as well as very professional, they make you feel as though you are an old friend. Very pleased, great job ACG!!! read more

I would give them NEGTIVE stars if I could. I had a horrible experience with this company, After an auto collision my vehicle was misdirected to this shop (my vehicle arrived around 4pm). I called the next day as soon as the shop opened and told them this and that a tow truck would be picking up my vehicle to take it to the correct shop. They told me there was a 2 day storage fee, approx $75, (even thought my vehicle was there less than 24 hrs.) to release my vehicle. When the tow truck arrived with a certified check for the amount stated on the phone, the driver was told the vehicle could not be released because he did not have the correct amount. I called the shop and explained this again and person in charge of my file acted like I had personally insulted and offended his by wanting my vehicle repaired at a different shop, now all of a sudden the charges was over $1000, they want more storage fees, admin fees, hazmat fees and other things. Is this company so DESPERATE for business they will lie and hold a person vehicle hostage just to get business???? read more

I was rear ended. That same day, sent a message in yelp asking for a quote to all auto shop there is and this company was the first one to respond. I don't know any auto shop but I want my car to be good as new once it's repaired. They have good reviews but I'm still in doubt. So I called Honda, asked them what's a Honda certified auto shop that can help me fix my car and this is one of the 2 options they gave which is already a plus since I already checked them out before even calling Honda. First impression, good communication and fast response and they never disappoint. There may have been delays in between but David never failed to let me know of any update and the delay is caused by the other party's insurance. Shout out to David for taking care of everything-calling other party's insurance, filing a claim with me, communicating with the other party's insurance until they accepted the liability and of course, they were able to get me a car rental. No hassle right? It was a smooth process. All I had to do was wait til my car is ready for pick up and reach out to David if I have questions in between. He works hand in hand with Jorge, manager/owner of the shop. They always make sure that they take care of their clients with TLC. ACG deserves every star I gave them. My fairly new Dodge was rear ended and my dealer recommended ACG. Not only did they do an amazing job in fixing my car, they kept in great contact with the insurance company and myself throughout the entire process. Their customer service is on point, I personally dealt with Thomas, Jami and Durlan. I could go on and on about the great job they did and how accommodating they were, but it's just easier to say that I won't ever be taking my cars anywhere else if ever needed. However, I didn't get back to him until about 8/9 months after the accident. Regardless, he was very helpful and attentive. He answered all my questions, gave me all the info that I needed, and kept me updated on the status of my car. I had no doubts leaving my car here. I was involved in a car accident and through my insurance agent auto collision group reached out to me. The owner Jorge called multiple times insisting that the car should be towed to his shop that night. He assured me I would receive a rental car through another company while I was without mine. The process was horrible. There was multiple delays and many wrong estimated dates for when the car would be ready. I waited about 3 months for the car to be done. All the while they never called me for updates, I had to constantly call and even visit the shop to see the progress. Since the car took so long, the insurance covering the rental had to be notified to renew the rental. ACG never did that, and I was assured by Maria from ACG that they would be covering the remainder of the rental while they finished up my car. It turned out that I was accidentally billed for the remainder of the time I had the rental car. Although the rental car company was willing to work with me and give me a refund as soon as ACG would take accountability for it, the people at ACG "could not remember" that they said they would pay for it (even though it was on file Maria spoke to me about that issue). There were many attempts on their part to reach the owner Jorge but they could not get a hold of him. Thomas, who had helped me with my car, stopped replying to my emails and returning my phone calls. I never received my refund even though the accident was not my fault and ACG took so long to fix my car which is why I needed to extend the rental car in the first place. I will never go back to ACG due to the bad customer service I have received. read more

These people know what they're doing. They did beyond what I expected from them, not only did they repair the damages of my car, they also WAXED my car and even cleaned it from the inside (which I'm kinda embarrassed, it was a little dirty). They fixed my car in a little as 2 weeks, they really GET ON IT! They don't leave your car lying around for days doing nothing (like other workshops) they work FAST. When I saw my baby parked outside, I didn't even recognize it. They also have the greatest workers, greatest hospitality. Most people working in customer service don't care about you, but these people ACTUALLY care about their customers. They have FREE snacks and DRINKS & they're always playing something interesting on their BIG FLAT SCREEN television for you to watch while you are waiting. I believe with all my heart this workshop DESERVES more recognition. They go above and beyond. Whoever is running this place is doing such a great job. I love the environment..I love everything about this workshop. If you want QUALITY, come here. You will get all that and much more. And the managers (I assume that's who they are) will blow smoke up your ass and then completely flip the script once you authorize anything. ACG group is the only Body Shop that could repair my Tesla Model 3 by my area. My insurance originally sent me to another body shop because they are associated with, but they called me after I dropped it off and said sorry we can't repair your Tesla here. I contacted ACG and asked them if they could repair my car and without hesitation, they told me they could and they send someone to tow my car to their shop. George talked to my insurance to make sure they would pay for the repairs. After negotiating back and forth my insurance decided to pay for the repairs. It took a while to get the parts from Tesla since Tesla worries more about making part to assemble their new cars than making parts to repair existing Teslas. After I was told by ACG that the parts have arrived I told George that I needed my car back by a certain date and he had my car ready the day before I told him. When I saw my car I was so excited, it looked like brand new inside and outside. Thanks, George for your all your help. You Shop Rocks!! read more
