I've scheduled things to do in Sun Prairie to fill my day so I don't have to worry about being dropped off or returning to get the car. * Block myself off work calendar * Booked an interview for the day after the car detailing. I called Sunday, 2 days before the scheduled appointment to confirm and ensure what payments are taken so I can get cash if cards are not accepted. * Still not worried. Just figure he'll text eventually. Got the voice mail. Sent a text asking above and confirming the Tuesday appointment. Tuesday morning at 8am I call.... voice mail is full. I text to confirm "Are we still on?" Before driving way out to Sun P. * Well, maybe he's overslept. So, when he calls back I'll drive over. Rework my calendar. Check my text history and realize in the 3 weeks since calling to book. Confirming via texts and following up... checking Google maps to see the building. Confirming the 36m one way drive... I've been blown off or stood up or something but l proceed to call around town for prices and availability. Even completed the Yelp "get a quote." I'm actually more hurt than bothered. I was excited. It's a small business. I don't want to go to the big guys and always want to patronize the startups as I get it. The fact I took out cash & a tip is doing a lot. Emptied the car so no one has to worry what to keep and what goes. The day has passed. No follow up calls nor texts. I Create the page for Yelp. Maybe Yelp won't take it down in a few months or years. Maybe the owner will be contacted about this review and remember me. Hear me, in earnest, then expand the business. Maybe the owner will think 2 stars is offensive then recall... it was a no call, no show. Here's to growing a business.

They went above and beyond -- while Luis fixed my flat, Dylan checked under the hood and found (and cleaned out) a mouse nest in my engine compartment. The little monsters had started chewing on wires, and if he hadn't caught it there's no telling what damage would have happened. Seeing as they potentially saved me a huge bill, I'd say that's great value! Not the case here. Bill and Nolan have been there everytime and are always a pleasure to deal with. The parts I order are always correct and the repairs are completed correctly the first time. I'm a picky bastard, and the shop understands. My vehicles are always treated with respect and never damaged when they care for them. Bottom line. If you have a Ford vehicle that needs help. Call Bell. You won't be disappointed. The only regret I have is I didn't buy my new truck from them. They didn't seem competitive on price in the past. This has changed. I took the car in and the estimate for repairing both the air and the wiper was $1,300 plus $100 to diagnose the problem. I told not to order anything. I called a guy I know who has a brand new 16 person repair shop and had him estimate the cost of repair and it was $500 LESS!!! Come on now I thought if it was $100 maybe $200 less it would be okay but $500. In addition he said when they greased the back wiper it was already shot. I could not believe how fast it worked!!! I would never buy a car from them again as all they tell are lies instead of fixing something and they are ripping you off in price!!!

When asking why they didn't vacuum along side of the seats I was told they don't have a crevice tool and I would need to purchase the full detail service. For the $38, top of the line wash you would think they could spring for a crevice tool. Like I always say: "If you want a job done right, do it yourself."
