Door dings, rear ended twice while the…read morecar was parked with no one in it and I hit a deer on the way home from work sometime last week. Larson's has done the work for me twice now. One was about a year ago after someone ran into it with a forklift at work and I just returned from picking it up after the deer hit. I could go on and on about craftsmanship but I don't have a clue what it takes. All I can tell you (and all I really care about) is that after they are done everything looks as new. Unless you know the car before you wouldn't be able to tell where any work was done. Sheet metal, paint, etc. looks flawless. The service is as good as the work and very friendly as well. Free loaner on both occasions, work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time, they inform you of any possible savings to be had and they pass them on to you. My non damaged headlight was faded and burned out prior to hitting the deer. They polished it to match the new one and did what they could to get it working (ended up being a module). I had painted the grill to match the vehicle, again they replicated that as well after calling to see what I used. The car was cleaned and vacuumed as well even though all work was exterior.... everything at no charge. It's my body shop of choice and will recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Brought my vehicle in to Mitch at Oak Ridge back in late July after being the victim of a red light…read morerunner. After having the offending parties insurance company decide they wanted to total the car out Mitch was more than happy to still do the repairs for me along with a couple others as long as the front end was pulled apart to get the car back on the road. To get the parts and put it back together I used a variety of after market suppliers and then once everything was delivered brought them over to Mitch and got the car put back together. The only real issue was the wheel well liners didn't fit like he wanted them too and on him they picked up the cost to replace those with ones that were a bit more to their liking. Not many shops are going to do that for you. I'd happily recommend Oak Ridge to anyone needing repairs and body work done on their vehicle. They far exceeded my expectations with getting the car put back together and working better than it did before the accident that caused me to find their shop.
