He said it wasn't worth spending the money to top up the pressure if it worked as is. And as the last manager Lance Foss was also high in my esteem, I can assume that the N Conway franchise will keep its reputation.

I was just inspected a few months ago in RI - have always brought my car to the dealer for all servicing and have followed the recommended schedule from Subaru and have done every suggested item my dealer has suggested. I was just at the dealer for 4 new tires (recommended) a wheel alignment, and oil service. I'm assuming the inspection will be a lay-up. Not so fast. The expertise here noted some movement in the rear right suspension - and for $750 they'd be happy to fix it. Having just had the car looked at - and no such problem noted - I opted to go back to my dealer with what they folks at VIP cited. I asked them to fix if there was a problem. My dealer called me and said - we don't mind fixing something that is broke - but you don't have any problems with your rear right suspension. I asked that to be put in writing - they said no problem. I called VIP and informed them. They asked to see it in writing and then I would be issued my inspection sticker. I had to schedule a new appointment fot this meeting - and when I arrived - lo and behold - my Subaru authorized dealer's written word was not acceptable. I had an authorized Subaru dealer with certified subaru mechanics review the car. They stated in writing that the car met all Subaru requirements and there was no excessive wear in any of the suspension. I presented this paper to them. Nope, not good enough - they know better. They imply in words and actions that they know Subaru standards better than a subaru dealer and their certified mechanics. They suggest I find another dealer - a not so nice man in beard just about threatened me and stormed off when I stated they went back on their word. Well - I am opting for a different place to complete the inspection. I will never, ever, ever recommend this place to anyone. In fact - I will go out of my way to share this experience with anyone and everyone. You can't fix dumb - and then toss in stubborn and ignorant. Best of luck to anyone who goes to this place.

God had other plans for me and decided to teach me both honesty and humility at the same time. Two times they go ahead and change the windshield wipers because they got approval within 5 miles one of the windshield wipers, the driver side disconnects and luckily doesn't fly off and I'm on the highway in the rain so I finally find a place that safe to pull over spend five minutes, trying to get it to walk-in which you would not walk in in a piece broke off it on the latch so end up swapping drivers and passengers and I get it to walk in on the passenger side, but it's too long for that side so I returned the following day which was out of my way to get them to the replace the wiper if they listened and just left my wipers alone, they wouldn't have gotten this bad review. It definitely was not worth stopping at this establishment.

This was so easy…read more No appointment needed just line up behind the orange cones and when a bay becomes available the garage door will open and the attendants will guide you in. You simply park over the oil change station and follow the attendants instruction. It really is only 10 minutes! Staff worked quickly, they were knowledgeable, they reset my oil light and hooked me up with a new cling for my window to tell me when I'll be due again. They check fluids, wash the windows, no high-pressure sales tactics, just quick, friendly service. I was in and out on my lunch hour. Like a snap. I'll be using them in the futre for my oil changes.
