First of all if you want just an oil change, go for it. Very capable of changing the oil in a vehicle.
Anything other than that stay clear. I dropped my car off with a short list...Rear diff and oil change, radiator leaking, noise in front end and BRAKE light on on dash. Estimated time of completion was 3 days. So 8 days later I get my car back. Front end is better. Replaced tie rods and ball joints, needs struts but I decided to hold off. Didn't try to diagnose the radiator leaking until day 6. And by the last day all I got was a hack mechanic trying to patch it because the parts stores and mechanic couldn't find right one.
The real kicker is I asked him to figure out why brake light was on. He kept referring to it as the ABS light on. Totally different lights. Had no clue. Told me he hooked the computer up and it could be one of two things. I was told this on the 8th day, and no attempt to diagnose or repair this issue was made. But that's ok, because I hardly notice the BRAKE light on the dash now, because after it left the shop my engine light was on!!
This guy and his crew have no idea what they are doing for anything more than an oil change, and even that is questionable. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. My bill was $470, and my car was worse off when I picked it up. I am new to the area and picky about who works on my cars. This was a trial run that failed terribly and I would not want anyone else to go through what I did.
I totally understand if unforeseen problems pop up in the process, but what mechanic happily takes your money and does not try to fix the new problem they created. Now I need to bring my Chrysler to a different mechanic in order to have it repaired properly.
Once again...DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!! read more
