From the very beginning, they were professional, honest, and kept me informed every step of the way. In today's world, it's hard to find a shop you can truly trust, and Auto Hans has definitely earned my business and my recommendation. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy European repair shop, I highly recommend Auto Hans! After being served with a formal cease and desist demanding they stop tampering with my vehicle, they continued their harassment. They never responded to my 10-day demand letter for my down payment and instead escalated their behavior in the most disturbing ways. They began remotely accessing my Tesla--setting off alarms at night, popping the trunk, and worst of all: turning the heat on while my ADA-certified service dog was locked inside on a scorching day. She suffered heat stroke and had to be rushed to the vet. This wasn't an accident. It was a cruel, calculated action--and I now have a police report documenting it.
