I emailed Dante and Julie directly but still go silence. I called the Ford and Dodge dealerships next door and they will let me know this week what they find out. VERY VERY lucky this happened before the build since this type of behavior shows more about them then their trailer builds. We investigated they had a court case for copyright infringement with another trailer company which just ended a few months back. Guess now we have to scramble to find another place to build this trailer for our Alaska trip in spring.

If I hadn't driven over 1000 miles to get the trailer, I would have passed. The finish work on the trailer can be repaired, but my biggest problem is no service after the sale. I called and texted several times trying to get info, but it appears that once they make the sale, they don't have time to follow it up and answer simple questions. I like the trailer design, I'm not happy with the finish work or service after the sale.

I brought my boat trailer to Parker Trailers based on a recommendation from a coworker and…read moreunfortunately have experienced a series of issues following the service. My trailer is equipped with a VAULT Hybrid Lubrication System, which I later learned is a sealed system that typically requires little to no routine bearing service. Despite having only about 2,500 miles on the trailer, the bearings were serviced using grease that does not appear to be specified by the VAULT manufacturer. After the service, I took the trailer to Lake Powell and discovered multiple wheel studs had been cross-threaded. I was forced to remove a damaged lug nut and ultimately drove home with only four lug nuts on one wheel. Parker later repaired the studs, but I have since discovered the replacement hardware includes mismatched lug nuts requiring different socket sizes. Most concerning, I recently learned the hub/bearing assembly was not properly adjusted during reassembly. The improper bearing preload resulted in excessive wheel movement and premature tire wear, causing me to replace a tire that should not have worn out so quickly. I have contacted Parker Trailers directly and given them the opportunity to review and correct these issues. I am hopeful they will stand behind their work and make things right. If they do, I will gladly update this review. At this point, however, my experience has been disappointing and has left me concerned about the quality control of the service performed on my trailer.

It was $611 but unfortunately it all needed done. The day I got it back, my step was not going in to get into the house part of the RV. I was able to swing back by the next day and apparently the little step magnet fell off. Donnie was quick to not only fix that, but also looked at a leak on the outdoor shower, and replaced a knob that was broken. All of this that no charge since I was in there the day before, getting the other repairs done. He even hooked up a diagnostic machine to see if I have a DEF fluid sensor. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were going to have a safe road trip that day. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain RV Repair! Five stars!

We had a towing emergency when the rear leaf spring broke in half on our 16' cargo trailer. The…read moretrailer was towed to Speken Iron and Metal in Pueblo Colorado late in the afternoon. The owner of the company looked at our problem and was able to arrange the repair that same afternoon even though they already had a full schedule. They had a new leaf spring for our trailer in their inventory and were able to have it installed on the trailer within an hour. Speken Iron and Metal specializes in trailer repair and their work and professionalism show it. This company could have really taken advantage of our situation because we had to get the repair done in order to get back on the road. The cost for the repair including the new leaf spring was very reasonable and fair. We were treated like we were a long time customer. Even though I live about 180 miles away in Eastern Colorado, I will be taking all of my trailers to Speken Iron and Metal for repairs and maintenance.
