Many years ago, around 2005, I was in a major accident and my insurance company recommended these folks. They did a fabulous job and the lovely wife and I always remembered that. Flash forward to late December last year when we were rear-ended by an Upper Darby cab driver. Major damage! The highest compliment you can give a business is to continue using them. It was a no brainer to bring our car here. The customer service we received from Bob and Kim was excellent. Super friendly folks. My car was returned back to me in pristine condition. Actually it was even better than that. I had a major scuff mark on a front fender from "touching" a curb months before. Bob offered to fix that for FREE. Now that is outstanding service! I contacted the shop and they said it couldn't have been from them, but I really thought it was. They gave me a deal on the new part and put it in for me though. It was only a few bucks, but I think they still should have eaten the cost. I'm like 90% sure it was their fault, so I'm not too mad. It was their fault though...

Foster said that they had to replace one door and handle but they could fix the second door. The other shop I went to for a quote said both doors needed to be replaced Well, both doors look perfect - the one that was repaired and the one that was replaced so Foster was right. Work was completed on time and for a very fair price. Highly recommend them if you need auto body work done.
