He installed the sink and went on his way. The charges were very reasonable for the work. And that's when I became a total idiot... I noticed cracks in the sink's bowl. I called Jayk's. The person asked for a snapshot of the problem. I sent it and (honestly) said I didn't remember if there were crack that large before. A minute later Jayk's sent me a photo of the pre-work sink. Yep... there were the cracks. I apologized profusely and they were cool about it. Apparently the old ugly faucet was all I could notice. So...yeah...I'm a dummy who has become too used to contractors creating as many problems as they fixed. Not Jayk's though - they're great.

In the last year or so, we've gotten nothing but the run around regarding scheduling and service. The last issue required 3 calls over a 2 week time period because I am always told "We'll call you next week to schedule" and they never call. They've scheduled and no one shows. It's really disappointing when you've been a loyal customer for a pretty significant time and they can't even bother to set up a time or show up when a time is scheduled. We're done here.
