Supply chain demands have made there way into appliances and the earliest I could even find one was a ship date 4 months out. Could it be, they actually had ONE in stock. Armando had to call me back to confirm that it was not already sold and he did just what he said. Called me back and gave me the great news. Even better, it had a small dent in the back and was discounted by $125. The delivery guys were AWESOME! Popped out the dent before they even brought it up for installation and gave our office team great tips and pointers. Will definitely call them whenever I need a new appliance. Super friendly staff!

Fast forward 2 weeks and we noticed a small leak in our basement. We called a plumber and learned that the ice maker was installed incorrectly. I contacted the manager at Appliance Discounters to report the issue and seek reimbursement. They claimed that it wasn't covered because we didn't report the leak the day after it was installed. And because it wasn't covered by their insurance they were not going to cover the damages. I was very disappointed that there was no accountability for the mistake. We will not be doing business here again.

Absolutely! Josh was polite, knowledgeable and quick. He was out the door around 11am. Another painless experience for me and my washer. I will continue to recommend Affton-Mehlville. We called our home warranty company, who sent someone out to add freon and then just gave up on the thing when that didn't fix the problem. We were searching for a replacement fridge (for a $7K custom build in ). I was a little wary of this place when I saw they used an answering service, and worried they would farm out my work. I was grateful to get a call back within an hour of my call, and had a technician thoroughly assess what was going on over the phone. I'd seen other reviews mention they came out with the tools needed to get the job done, and think this is incredibly thoughtful, as most other spots seem to be happy to charge you for an extra service visit after the initial assessment. Vic came in, immediately spotted the problem (dirty condenser coils!) fixed it on the spot, and even inspected and fixed a separate appliance. He was great about explaining what went wrong and letting us know how to maintain it ourselves. After months without a freezer, we were back in business within hours, with great advice to boot. He even texted to follow up a few hours after he left to see if things were going okay. I can't recommend this place enough!

After visiting & questioning the staff as well as customers who happened to be in every store,I was inquiring about,I ultimately settled with Appliance Wholesalers. One of my primary, but not only, reasons I chose them to open the account that would supply my business was due to Melissa. Melissa is the type of employee a business owner would kill to have. The prototype of perfection, if you will. She wanted to know what exactly I was looking for, what the room that the appliance would be in looks like, the dimensional layout, basically the everything & anything of "how too" & based on that, along with my price range, she led me to each individual appliance that suited my description & helped me pinpoint the perfect one for each location. My point being this, if a business owner has the knack to hire caring, extremely knowledgeable,& driven to appease the customer as opposed to just making the sale. The type of employee like Melissa will sell the product as well as the company & this is the definition of customer service & satisfaction. Combine employees, like Melissa, with quality products in quality condition with the willingness to stand behind every product they sell with 100% confidence & you have a company, like Appliance Wholesalers, who has now & will have all of my future business. Signed a new true loyal customer. Special thanks to Melissa & thank you to Appliance Wholesalers for solidifying a new business & personal relationship.

Mike was my Drain Tech and he was the absolute best. Not only did he take the time to really listen to my concerns, he was empathetic as he explained to me what needed to be done. Never in my life have I been so happy about having repair work done in my home. I am really looking forward to gaining some peace of mind. Others literally just came out and did what they were asked. If I suggested something or asked what else I could do, I was always greeted with a stale response. I'm a big believer that great service comes from a persons sincerity and how they treat others. Chesterfield Service seriously passed the vibe check. I will definitely be in touch for other things.

He was very polite and respectful while in my home, even wearing protective shoe covers. He arrived at 8:00am as scheduled and spent 2 hours completing a "Home Diagnostic Inspection" which included examining all my hot water heaters and ALL plumbing fixtures throughout my home which I was not expecting. He then presented me with a service plan at $60 per month for a maintenance plan which gave me a discount on future services (10%) and a 50% discount on the service call fee of $119.00. He also gave me a bid on replacement cost for several faucets which I felt was a little bit higher than I was willing to pay. He said I could buy my own parts but the installation charge would be higher. I told him "Thank you but no thank you". He gave me a bid for the removal and installation of the 'Insinkerator' instant hot water dispenser that I had already purchased. The bid was extremely higher than I ever expected! But, the technician was here and I wanted it done, however I only elected to have ONE faucet replaced which made the price go up! Long story short, I was charged $815.36 for the installation which took One Hour and Fifteen minutes (I provided the part). In addition to this, I was charged $119.00 for the service call fee! I paid a total of $934.36 and 2/3 of the time he was here was spent on trying to sell me a service plan for my plumbing, H-Vac system as well as my electrical needs for $60 A MONTH! Then, you get a whopping 10% discount on the service call fee! I calculated that this service call was $12.47 per minute! I contacted the company customer service representative to talk about what I thought was an extremely high charge and all she could offer was that they have to pay for gas, tools and expenses! She also reminded me that I signed and agreed to the bid (she told me this 5 times). I told her I DID agree that that was their bid and I paid it! I did not agree that it was a fair price but I did not want to confront the young technician. I called HER to discuss the issue, to see if she thought that $934.36 for 1 hour and 15 minutes labor was fair. She did! Call this company if you have money to burn but you will get your work done politely.

When you schedule service you will get a text confirmation. The nice young lady will call you the day of to remind you and the tech will call when they're on their way. Like I said, reliability and customer service is excellent. I'm deducting one star because there's a man that also answers the phone who needs more customer service training. Each time I have spoken to him I've felt like I'm interrupting his lunch or my questions are below him. There's no compassion in his voice. He speaks very matter-of-factly. When you're having a concern with your heat or air you're most likely already stressed. It sure would be nice to speak to someone who doesn't contribute to your issues. I requested a lien waiver from him last Thursday for work completed and paid for that day. I had to call today, Tuesday, to follow up. The nice young lady emailed it to me within 30 minutes. I hope everyone else is lucky enough to speak to her when they call.
