The KAS crew is completely efficient, working diligently, professionally + quickly the entire time. I was blown away at how easy the process was + how happy they were to handle the move for me. Nothing was broken or damaged during the move, and when moving into my new place, everything was placed exactly where I wanted. I would highly, and ONLY, recommend KAS to handle your next move/relocation!

How else would anyone else who was on a time crunch act? Just sit back and take the lies? We were all adults here. I offer for anyone reading this to contact anyone I know on yelp... including my employer of 4 years and my previous employer of 17 years. I booked my move a month in advance, I had a long discussion with the lady on the phone who knew we were moving to Long Island from Brooklyn. The movers turned up at 8.35am for a 9am appointment, they eventually came up to our apt at 9.15am. He surveyed our goods and said "ok no problem, we'll start with the boxes, i'll be right back" THE NEXT THING I GET IS A TEXT CANCELLING OUR MOVE at 9.35am! They claim our building we're uncooperative (UNTRUE ON SO MANY LEVELS) and that we were not packed... our entire apartment was packed and ready when they showed up. All Around Trucking provided unprofessional and unsanitary services during which they did not meet…read moredeadlines, violated the terms of our contract, broke furniture and personal belongings, and moved my items carelessly and in a chaotic and disorganized fashion. I would not recommend hiring them. I've listed a subset of the issues below. Damage to belongings and chaotic process. All Around Trucking left a significant amount of furniture and boxes in the incorrect location of my new house and haphazardly. Items were physically crushed during the move. Items that did not have any relationship to one another were packed in the same box while items that were related to one another were frequently packed in different boxes. In fact, various lamps arrived and were deliberately left in multiple pieces in different rooms across my new house with certain components missing. Missing personal belongings. This includes two outdoor statues and a portion of a glass desk. Home damage. All Around Trucking caused physical damage to the floors and walls of the house we moved into by aggressively and carelessly banging boxes and furniture into the walls and floor. Timing. All Around Trucking was contractually bound to completely pack the house we moved from on Friday. However, the movers worked approximately 4 hours on Friday, did not complete the job, and left early. They came back the next day only to complete the move in a disorganized fashion since they were rushed and didn't have enough time to do everything. They also behaved in an unsanitary manner. Movers. The movers (who I tipped well) affirmatively said some of the furniture wouldn't fit in certain rooms. They dumped furniture, boxes, and other belongings wherever was convenient for them. The movers also (incorrectly) alleged that a couch, a treadmill, and an elliptical machine would not fit in the basement, so they left such belongings chaotically in my garage. I needed to hire a separate moving company at additional cost to complete the job, in addition to doing certain of the work myself. The movers also behaved disrespectfully. They left garbage, including food, wrappers, drinks, and other trash in several rooms of both the house we moved from and the house we moved to. They used the bathroom, yet did not flush the toilet - disgusting. I needed to hire a professional to clean up the mess the movers made. They left family photographs and other important mementos, as well as my primary filing cabinet, in the house we moved from. All Around Trucking failed to comprehensively and correctly move my furniture and belongings. I am 71 years old. I hired All Around Trucking to simplify my move. They complicated it, causing extra expense and significant emotional stress in the proce

Unfortunately, right after they left, the couch leg collapsed. I contacted them, and one day later, sent a person who worked very diligently to fix it. He admitted to accidentally breaking it. I said, no problem as long as it's fixed. That couch wasn't even four years old. It's a name brand. However, it broke again on May 28th. Throughout the whole process, I remained polite, professional, and most of all kind and pleasant. Maybe this was my mistake. I sent an email with several pictures, and my contact person said that all communication with us is ended since the insurance company will now handle it. She attached a claim form. But the claim form didn't have a number or the name of the insurance company. I finished the claim form and sent it to them one week later. I requested confirmation of it. Nothing. I sent another email requesting confirmation. Nothing, no reply. Two weeks later, not hearing anything from an insurance company, I sent another email requesting the insurance company's name. Nothing. No response. Even though I had told them that since I injured my back, I worked on that couch. It's how I made my living. Why have they ghosted me? I would NEVER hire them. It is now July. My couch is still broken. They are taking no responsibility whatsoever.

They were by far the best rate which did make me a little nervous wondering how good they would be. I confirmed the details with German via text the day prior to our move. At 8 am, as scheduled, 2 movers showed up and got straight to work. They were polite, and hard working. We got our truck from uhaul but uhaul was running behind so while we waited for the truck the movers didn't hesitate at all.
