The entire crew was professional, and had an extensive understanding on the process. The workmanship is outstanding! (There was a bit of a mix up having to do with the interior color of stain, but this was due to the staining process done prior to delivery and it did NOT have anything to do with the installation crew.) Sean was onsite and oversaw the crew. His attention to detail was greatly appreciated. It was reassuring to have his skill and professional knowledge throughout the entire project. The rest of the crew, Ray, Jason, and Donald did a phenomenal job! Each and every one of them clearly take pride in what they do. They ensured each window and door was installed correctly and had a beautiful result! The excellent service didn't end when the project was over. And that's what sets the Pella Installation team apart from the rest. Sean has continued to be available and happy to answer questions that have come up. Ray came out recently to assist me with a question I had, and both Sean and Ray are still just as friendly and helpful as they were during the project. As a professional who has been in the contracting business for over 50 years, I am deeply concerned by the conduct and pricing structure I have encountered. When Marco came to my home, I requested a proposal. The initial installation price provided was exorbitant--nearly double the competitive quotes I received elsewhere. Consequently, I hired my own framer to handle the framing work. Since then, Marco has engaged in aggressive sales tactics and misrepresented statements he previously made several months ago. Robert, from glass and mirror took one look at them and said well not thick enough and they're the wrong tint. The biggest problem we had, however, was in facing window that sits in an Adobe wall. We were having huge problems with the getting damp after a rain. We had the wall looked at and reinforced on the outside underneath. I Waited three hours in the lobby because the new glass windshield was not the correct size, for my vehicle. The wait was not the issue here, after staying past there closing hours on the way home there was a lot of outside hair coming into my vehicle from the bottom of my windshield . I called the business the next day, I was told to bring my vehicle in again to see what the issue was. I took off work and went in again. I wanted to replace the glass because this is a hazard, they were not willing to do that. They globbed more black window glue from where the hole was and sent me on my way. On the way home again there was still wind and air coming in my vehicle. I called the business again and explained my concerns about the hazards, I was told to come in again and I took off work for the 2nd time to correct their mistake. Today after the service I see where they put a large amount black glue to cover up the hole from where the window was not installed properly again. The rain and water damage that is most likely in my vehicles dash and vents is going to cost more than what I saved coming here. I posted pictures of the amount of times I had to return along with their messy work. Under the plastics there is globs of black adhesive.
