Oh my god, I am so happy to have found x2o studio!!!…read more I've been deep into lagree for the last year, and needed a studio for when I'm in Los Gatos. I live about 30 mins away, but I'm in Los Gatos often so it's convenient to have a studio nearby that I love. I've been over 5 times so far (whenever I'm in town), and every instructor I've had is equally amazing. The studio is pretty cold when you walk in, but within 5 minutes you're warmed up and it becomes the perfect temperature for a workout. The music is great and this studio is a vibe. Truly one of the best I've found-- and I've tried a lot in the area!

What stood out to me was how spacious and aesthetically pleasing the studio is. It gives total "Pilates princess" vibes, and the instructors are so friendly and welcoming. With about 12 reformers, the class size feels intimate, and the instructors do a great job walking around to help correct form and technique. The upbeat, popular music they play adds a motivating energy that makes those tough exercises more bearable! Plus, the reformers are wiped down after each class, and the calming scent in the studio is such a nice touch. What really sets this studio apart from others is that they also offer weight training and HIIT classes which is located next door. If you're looking to mix things up with other forms of exercise, this is the perfect place to do it! Classes are booked through their app, where you can even select your preferred spot. That said, it's a good idea to arrive about 10 minutes early to secure the spot you want. I'd definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking to start or continue their Pilates journey--it's the perfect mix of style, comfort, and variety!

Remember to cancel before the last month gets charged PERKS - Reception area where they provide cold towels, drinks, snacks - Can text or call for support, very responsive - Workouts include than just a reformer, so there is more workout variety for each class. They have a wall springboard and a wunda chair, space for yoga mat exercises, and multiple props. Receptionists- Shoutout to Nadia. Super sweet, helpful, and always welcomes everyone with a smile! INSTRUCTORS Berrit - Really sweet and encouraging! She pays close attention to form and does a great job walking you through breathing techniques and transitions as you progress into more challenging movements. She offers lots of positive encouragement throughout class. Sophia - A challenging class that really pushes you! I enjoy her classes. She really walks you through the movements and explains proper form, but teaching style is a little less hands-on and less focus on breathing technique. Tatyana - One of my favorite instructors! Her classes are challenging, and she makes sure you maintain proper form with hands-on corrections when needed. She makes an effort to address everyone by name and offers consistent, positive encouragement. Always guides you on how to breathe through the movements. And of course she brings such great energy and positive vibes to class!

I've tried most of the studios in the LG area and this one is by far the best. Not to mention it's inclusive, non-intimidating, and classes have a wide age range. Side note: I haven't had any trouble getting into classes and I attend class 4-5x per week. Don't let the waitlist intimidate you; it moves fast!

I find Grace in be a daily presence in my life as she inspires me to practice what she is teaching.. Every time I work with Grace, she is positive, warm, and consistent in teaching exercises to help with my issues. Grace is a great teacher as she can key into what works to help you learn. I have found her to be an amazing Pilates teacher with physical therapy skills. Grace is 100% focused on delivering a service and does not push sessions on you. Each time I take home my list of exercise which help me in my practice. Due to the fact I have deadlines on my book, she has been flexible with my Pilates schedule. Grace is skilled at adding in just enough to improve my routine but does not overdo it. I would not recommend this class for a beginner due to the corporate direction that instructors do not provide any feedback on form correction or pacing. It's still a good workout and involves a lot of reformer work as well as floor work!

I'd heard of Lagree but never really knew what it was, and didn't even know this was Lagree going into it, but it's basically a more intense form of pilates that uses a megaformer vs the traditional one. I'm glad I had a base of already working out and trying two other similar classes before coming here, so it was a little less intimidating. I think a beginner could definitely get the hang of this, but having a good foundation felt necessary to get the full benefits of the class and workout. And of course instructor direction and examples were a big factor in succeeding in the classes as a newcomer. I've had a handful of different instructors and have definitely found the one that is more my style and more motivating to me (shout out Ankitha), but I've generally liked all of the instructors enough to go back to their classes. Finding an instructor that works for you makes all the difference though when you're powering through a touch class, which these often are. I originally signed up for their first timers offer of 4 classes for $99. Other than that, without a membership classes run at $38 per, but they have a ton of different packages and memberships that could make classes range from $11 (if you went every single day) to $30 with a larger upfront cost. I ended up getting a class pack so that I wasn't limited or expected to attend a certain number of classes a month and have really liked the flexability. They have tons of classes throughout the day and week, so finding an opening isn't too hard.

The instructors are so lovely and I haven't encountered any issues with anyone there. Stacey and Annie are my favorite instructors.
