It used to hurt when I would go to sleep and was just sore all the time. When I practice Oom Yung Doe, I feel so much better. Its like the scoliosis is no longer there. But it is of course. So, I had my chiropractor monitor how I am improving. He told me that what is happening is all my muscles around the spinal cord are being strengthened and is correcting my spine. If I stop practicing though, it will go back to what it was before. So I will never stop. My chiro was pretty amazed as to the result of my training. He is also a life long Judo expert and still he was pretty amazed at how this practice is affecting my back in a positive way. My arm also used to go numb at times and no longer does. This is awesome. Asst head instructor Nate is an extremely courteous instructor and cares for each individual and will tailor your training to you. If you are serious about your health, please give this place a try. Its for real!
