In short, the gym is still amazing as I stated in my last review but private sessions with Dora was exactly what I needed to refine the skills I learned and tailor training to my strengths. Dora is incredibly caring, knowledgeable and easy to get on with. Cannot say enough good things about her but my favorite is probably how much she referred to me as TINY (referring to my height) and I'd honestly continuing to pay her for this alone as I've never been a small girl!!!
