I actually told a want a be gang banger at my work who was threatening me that I'd go ask the instructor here if he'd allow us to get in the octagon together in a controlled match to let us spare then hopefully we'd be able to get past our differences. Fighting shouldn't be a first option, but when it's necessary it should be in a controlled environment where each man can learn from from it and grow from it. He was an adult and less than half my age, but he declined. Now I believe if this man had joined this gym instead of hung out with gang bangers he'd have the discipline to speak better to his elders and wisdom to know when to fight, where to fight, and with whom to fight. You see more of the bread, honey, plants, sauces, etc. type of vendors along with some artists and crafters with stained glass, jewelry, bags, and more. There also is usually yoga classes happening or live music right in the center; I've never participated in the yoga but it seems to have a great turnout!
