He pushes me to a point of tears when I think I can't do any more yet he gets me there. He makes me believe in myself. I'm getting stronger physically and mentally. The equipment is well maintained as is the facility. The only time a staff member talks to you is coming in and maybe on the way out. I's suggest some customer service training: 1- It's good to be friendly with patrons outside of check-in. Ask how their workout is today. Ask if they're having any issues with equipment..Note: some of the equipment with TV access... the TV access does not work well. 2- Provide a Suggestion Box where patrons could leave a message about a problem machine or piece of equipment. 3- I'd like to see a healthy food option when you have Free Pizza or other food incentives. Your a Fitness Club so offer a healthy option. Simple humus with veggies, or fruit which is very inexpensive in FL. 4- Send out emails congratulating those workout very regularly ... encouraging them and thanking them for their loyalty... It's called Appreciation Marketing.... In a business that needs long term satisfied customers ... this is an easy inexpensive procedure and in fact there is software that can do it automatically.
