We've been going here for years but have never run across such an exceptional employee named Ellie. Ellie is always cheery, friendly and helpful. She greets every customer as though she's happy to see you come in and exercise. I have often observed her demonstrating how to use various exercise equipment to new customers. She is kind, caring and has a positive attitude as she genuinely seems concerned about giving each person top quality customer service. My husband and I always look forward to seeing Ellie and her cheerful, positive energy!! The smaller kids area was on the left and on the right was like the more Advanced adult side. My kids enjoyed every bit of their time here. The coaches were very patient and friendly with both my kiddos. I loved that they pushed them a little more to keep them motivated to keep trying on obstacles that they couldn't get the 1st time. I could watch them the entire time and was able to see their progress and movement while they were on each course. Such a fun experience especially if you're trying to keep your kids busy during summer. The kids did leave with sore hands but that just shows that they had a lot of fun. We will be joining another class again soon.

I started going there to train for OCR races and I ended up signing up with the gym to run around 5 of them so far. Ive also got a bunch of friends to start coming and even run some races too. The trainer that helped me sign up and gave me a quick tour was very nice. I am giving it a lower rating because of the space. I love old school gyms, but everything was crammed into this location. If there were more people there we would definitely not fit. The machines overlap so it's hard if someone is working out in the area already. On a positive note, they are moving to a new location. I'm excited to go see that one, it looks bigger and closer to my apartment which is great! Will do another review then.
