My secret little Post Office! Oh...no line ups at Christmas time! Yeah. Parking outside the shop is…read morefor only 15 minutes and I am in and out of this Post Office with time to spare. Then again there is parking in the carpark under the shops in the same complex further down the street. This parking is unlimited. The staff are helpful and very efficient. Often there are two people serving. The shop itself has the range of products at most Post Offices.

The long lines, the robotic, monotone staff, the uncomfortable silence, the smelly guy standing in front of you. It's just not fun, and usually eats up your whole lunch hour. Concord's Post Office isn't perfect, and you'll still find yourself waiting in line (especially at lunch time). But lines generally move fast, and the service is the best I've ever encountered at an Australia Post branch. Staff are competent and efficient, and that's all I really need in a Post Office.
