Located next to Coles supermarket, Concord's Australia Post branch offers consistently convenient, fast and friendly service. I usually dread going into a Post Office. The long lines, the robotic, monotone staff, the uncomfortable silence, the smelly guy standing in front of you. It's just not fun, and usually eats up your whole lunch hour. Concord's Post Office isn't perfect, and you'll still find yourself waiting in line (especially at lunch time). But lines generally move fast, and the service is the best I've ever encountered at an Australia Post branch. Staff are competent and efficient, and that's all I really need in a Post Office. read more
