If you are here at midday or end of the day expect a long wait - the queue goes out the door. Since they are in an old building, they don't have an auto pickup for packages so its the queue for you. Hopefully when Australian's get over this heritage building thing for anything over 20yrs old, they'll remodel it and put in something more practical for a modern delivery service.

There are never any lines and it beats having to wrestle the crowd at Broadway Shopping Centre. Don't be afraid to strike up a conversation with the owners, they always provide friendly service. As for the other products in the store, I couldn't comment. The sole purpose of me coming here is to send on my packages.

They only tell you once you realize something is missing. I've even taken my passport application there asking them to check and see what I need to bring the next day when I come with my kid to lodge it and they looked and said all good. Then next day as they went through the application they kept saying this is missing and sent me home to get the paperwork. Then went through the rest of the application and said now this bit is missing too, another trip home and back 3rd time. I asked them each time before left for home to make sure there is nothing else they require and the staff said no all good. Then they go through the application and say also I need to see this or that.
