Very Poor Customer Service…read more I have purchased a loveseat that would match the couch I just got from them. I had a date for it to be delivered and that day has come and went. It is now five days later and still no delivery. I have had many calls to the Loves, Park, IL store regarding this. I have gone in person three times. Its one excuse after another as to why it hasn't been delivered. I have even placed calls to their customer service. The first lady I dealt with through customer service was beyond rude. Apparently as the store is closing as a whole they don't care as long as they get your money. A person should not have to beg like a dog for something that purchased to be delivered.

The date came and gone, they didn't reach out to me at all, I had to keep contacting them and when I asked what day would it arrive they had no clue and couldn't give me any useful information. Basically a waiting game. I waited two weeks before having to request my refund because I couldn't wait any longer.

My husband and I came in the showroom last week. We let the receptionist know we were shopping for…read morea complete primary baths worth of fixtures and that we needed some help. She told us that someone would soon be with us and to begin looking. Despite being the only customers in the showroom and 5 employees seated at desks throughout (not one of whom even looked up to greet us) no one ever approached us to help in the 15 minutes we waited. As we left, a women ran and opened the door offering to help us. It was too late at that point after we were tacitly ignored for nearly 20 minutes. A waste of time for us. We will not return and have found another business in town who helped us find exactly what we need. They understand customer service. Ferguson most certainly does not. Wish I could give zero stars as they gave zero effort to helping us.

Hello! Yesterday, my sister and I went to Home Depot to buy some flowers. The flowers themselves…read morewere in good condition, but unfortunately, the customer service was not. The employees working in the outdoor garden area kept looking at us like we were going to steal something. We literally had a credit card out and were clearly shopping. They continued staring at us the entire time, and honestly, it made us feel really uncomfortable. I know we're young, but we've been to plenty of stores and have never felt so judged or looked down on. I understand employees have to keep an eye on things, but there's a difference between being attentive and making customers feel like they're being treated as suspicious just because of their age. I probably wouldn't recommend this location to younger customers based on our experience. Hopefully, the customer service improves because the flowers were actually great.

Buyers beware calling and making a payment over the phone. I had an experience today (02.15.22), in…read morewhich I was notified from my financial institution that a payment had been attempted by store 1060 that was not authorized. Further, the only way anyone at this store or company would have access to my debit card information is that someone kept my card number and information from a previous, over the phone, payment. I have never signed an auto debit authorization nor given my card information to anyone at the company other than to make a one-time payment over the phone. I called the store and was cold transferred to the "manager" upon informing the initial agent of what had happened. The person I was transferred to identified himself as "Damon Peoples" and upon asking who his supervisor is, was told "James Madison" or "Addison" and was told that I could not have any contact information for this person. Additionally, I was given completely false information when I requested the corporate number. I was told to call "1.800.buddys" which obviously, doesn't have a sufficient number of digits to be a valid number. I googled the corporate number and found the only number of 855.298.9325 but one only has the option to leave a message. I left a detailed message and even dialed by the directory for the Regional Director to which I left an additional message and have yet to receive a return call. I attempted to submit a complaint to the contact email address provided on the Buddy's website of nslatton@buddyrents.com, but my message was returned "undeliverable" due to an invalid email address. Finally, I submitted all of this information to the Houston Better Business Bureau for investigation for at this time, I have been given completely incorrect information by both the supposed manager and store website - my debit card information being stored without authorization and a charge attempt that was not authorized. My contract is on a "90/day, same as cash" arrangement and have, since January, paid more than $1200.00 for a desk, gaming chair and gaming laptop for our son. I certainly would not and will not recommend this company nor store (1060) to do business with and am considering further legal action for maintaining my personal banking information and subsequent, attempted - unauthorized charge. Buyers beware. - Bobby

Buddys in Lynchburg Va has incompetent unprofessional rude staff with the exclusion of Nora! Nora…read moreis awesome. The rest of the staff, particularly K. and including the regional manager F., are arrogant and rude. A rep was supposed to come to my house to take a pic of this raggedy sofa that is falling apart and she told me she drove past my home five times before parking in my driveway and leaving. She saw both my cars in the driveway with curtains open but chose to leave instead of come to the door. F. thought he was billy BA and hopped on the phone asking me to not yell at his employee when I'm fact I didn't yell but asked a valid question which was, " does it make any sense to you to come in my driveway and not come to the door because I didn't answer the phone". Since she herself probably thought it was dumb as well, she chose to hand me off to F. who was obviously already bothered about his day. I will make a review everywhere I can regarding this tactless establishment.

When I brought the part back the 4 letter name for Richard told me he wouldn't take the part back if it was hooked up.
