I tried reaching Jarrod but got no reply. Ended up calling the office the next day and they had him contact me immediately. In a recorded call later the next day, (I paid for a call recorder app immediately after the detective call), Jarrod said he'd given the detective the videos. The arrest affidavit says no videos were provided. New attorney says this actually helps because they could've changed their story after seeing the videos. Patsy came to my house, picked up my VHS tapes tapes, and made perfect copies in just a few days. She added some really nice extra touches, like DVD menus and inserts with images related to the content on the DVD. When I mentioned how nice it was that she did all that, she said, "I just did it how I'd want it done." Patsy is an extremely nice lady who genuinely seems to care about preserving old memories.
