Well, if I tried to write every detail of how Melody made our real estate transaction the best experience we've had, you might get bored and stop reading because that's a very long list. Bottom line is Melody is very professional, highly accessible all the times, willing to go to the mat for you in negotiations, more than willing to go above and beyond the call of duty, and willing and able to set your mind at ease by tackling any challenges on your behalf. Last really important note: Melody isn't just willing to negotiate on your behalf, but she does it so effectively that you can rest assured she will get you the best deal possible. I'll spare you the details, but in both transactions, I had complications and we ran Jeannette ragged. She handled all sorts of endless questions, curve balls and obstacles. And she is involved in the transaction throughout, whereas a lot of realtors at her level will have a short conversation with you, and then pass you off to their team, we had access to Jeannette throughout. I am a mortgage lender and know the real estate industry well, and find little value in most realtors. But when you find a realtor that has a value-add, and has differentiators, and an amazing depth of local knowledge, they are worth their weight in gold. Jeannette is different, and after you experience her service and her market knowledge, you'll realize her value. She stands alone in Austin area realtors, in my opinion. If you want exceptional service, from someone who also happens to be kind and genuine, you are in luck, contact Jeannette.

Fortunately, through a friend's recommendation, I found the GoodLife Team and was thrilled with the experience I had in having them help me find my dream home. Scott Wiley, my buyer's agent, was dependable, knowledgeable and a lot of fun to work with. When I needed a lot of information about any of the properties we saw, he diligently went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my questions were answered. It was great how he and the team kept the process on track and made it all a lot less stressful. I felt very fortunate that we found my dream home in the first week after looking at a small handful of properties! All in all, a great experience.

I did email him about a month before I was planning on moving to Austin and wasn't in the area at the time so maybe that had a part to play in it. However I decided to email the company in general when it was close to my moving date and got a quick reply from Ashley. She asked me to call her and asked a few questions about what kind of apartment I was looking for. The next day I had an online list of a good amount of properties to limit down to some favorites. She was really good at communicating with me through email, calls, and texts. On the day we met up she picked me up and took me around the few properties I had selected. She was pretty awesome, really energetic and excited to find me a new place. When I called her later after deciding on the one of the listings she showed me, she drove over to meet me within 20 minutes! Later when I changed my mind and asked to switch to a different property, she was understanding and quick to get everything sorted out even though I had already filled out an application. I recommend contacting the Goodlife Team if you are looking for a place in Austin. I'm really happy with the apartment I got and how helpful and quick Ashley was in finding it for me!

We finally found a house we wanted, and Brandon closed the deal quickly and efficiently, even making it possible for us to keep our other house and turn it into a rental. In all my dealings with Brandon and his dad Steve, they have both gone above and beyond to make sure we felt confident and ready to make our purchase. Sell the house - while not spending much to fix it up - sell for the most I can. - not be stuck doing a lot of meetings and paper work - we're busy enough moving ____ Amber ran the numbers in my neighborhood, and gave me a ball park of what she thought my house would go for. Honestly, she was cool with my decisions and gave coaching/feedback if she thought I could use some help. We priced a little higher than what she thought it would sell for so that people could bargain down a little - everyone needs to feel like they got a deal. Amber got me information where I knew at what posted selling price what I would end up with after all fees were paid. Joey - Amber's marketing arm helped take me through my house telling me what I needed to do to make it have more appeal. Now, I did most of the stuff, but I didn't do everything and I didn't feel pressured to do everything. I had the option of cleaning the place myself or getting recommended contractors to help. Joey arranged for a photographer that also took aerial shots. Lionel - the closing coordinator was accessible via text, email, and phone all day every day. Our house went on the market late on a Thursday and we had 3 offers by Monday. *Now this is where Amber's expertise really kicked in. When you got a cash offer, a offer with a contingency and more, you got a lot to weigh. Taxes, fees, contingency, appraisers, requests for repairs, etc. Later on, we got another higher cash offer. Later on the buyer's appraisal team ran into some issues getting their appraiser out. We were afraid we were going to lose the buyer. Instead, we were able to let them move in and set up a lease for them to pay us per day until the all the paperwork got done. Did I mentioned that I needed the house to get sold quickly because we had a baby on the way? Did I mention that all the documents to be signed were done online? Via emails and DocuSign - I did some on my iPhone. Did I mention that there were other similar models of my house on sale in the neighborhood and mine was the oldest? Times have changed in the real estate market, and Amber is on top of things. I had links that showed me how many people had viewed my house virtually each day. I got an email alert every time someone walked into the house and when they left. It's not just putting an ad in the newspaper and a sign on your front lawn. Once I was done cleaning the house, I was done with the place. I didn't want to step into my old house again. I just wanted it sold. If you want someone who has the tech and the team to make things happen, contact Amber.
