He cleaned two rooms, a hallway, and stairs and was in and out in 1.5 hours! He took great care with our home, protected our walls/corners well, and was so friendly with our pets! I feel like the pricing was transparent and very fair (we didn't exceed the minimum until adding stairs!) The scheduling communication was also excellent and was very professional over email with accurate quotes and invoices. I'd absolutely pick Peace Frog again!

Another company bailed last minute. As they say, things happen for a reason. This definitely was a must that CHARLES be the professional over to our home. It was not supposed to be the other company. CHARLES saved the day for our family. He is professional, kindhearted, a master at his profession. He is very good in many areas - multi-talented and very polite. Our laneway/driveway looks fantastic with a fresh clean appearance. It actually looks brand new. We will let our friends know about this honest businessman. In addition we are trying to sell the house so Fannin came out while we had carpet installers and painters also out. Jorge and Luis were so friendly and did a great job. Some windows were inaccessible due to the carpet being installed so they came back out and finished up the job. Our house had filthy windows and they look amazing now. Plus we had the pro wash and we still have some residue on the side of the house but it does look better. My recommendation would be to make sure you understand what costs extra and what doesn't. For example having to remove paint from the outside of the house will cost extra. If you have mildew on your brick that will cost extra. I just wanted to be upfront with my experience and what I didn't understand. I didn't dock Fannin for this because I had no idea but keep that in mind when booking their services.

I hired David based on all the great Yelp reviews and they steered my in the right way, because I am sure I'll be hiring him again. I also appreciated David's honesty when I called to book them, I was also hoping for a pressure wash but City of Austin Water has restricted pressure washing companies to only ones with a recapture system. He was willing to loose the business and refer me to Westlake Washers who has that rig, and washes windows as well. I decided I'd rather hire an honest guy like him and try to clean our limestone myself.
