However, when I received my order, one of the images is completely unacceptable and you cannot even see what it is! I contacted Yeti and provided photographs of the product with the images and all they provided to me was a discount on a FUTURE order. My response back to them was this was unacceptable, as I wanted a resolution on this order. I offered that they either provide me with a refund on the order or all me to provide them with new images and redo the order. Their customer service has completely and totally ignored me after numerous emails sent to their customer service. You can either order products directly with Sam or bring your own. Sam prefers extra time to complete a job to make sure the screen print looks and works well on your products. Unfortunately, I was on a painfully tight timeline and needed this order fulfilled in a matter of days to account for shipping as well. If you need a math problem, here you go: I brought in my own bags (33, Total: $2,437.00). The screen printing job cost $333.00. After completion, Sam notified me he butchered the first bag since that was the test product, that leaves 32 viable bags. When I came home, I noticed there were 3 bags off-centered; his error, not the bag's. Each bag cost around $74. Therefore, I needed to purchase 4 more bags for him to redo (Total: $296.00). So, in addition to the $333 job order + the repurchase of additional bags due to damage ($296.00), my total order was $629.00... Though I am grateful for Sam being able to complete a rush job, I wish he would have compensated for the damage and misalignments, but it is what it is.
