They even left a couple of small spots untouched so the hair can grow in, and they can shape it better next time. There were people waiting over 45 minutes even on a weekday, which shows how popular they are. Not only is that frustrating it's a sign of poor application. They already look terrible, and it hasn't even been a week. Overall, I had an awful experience here.
