They are impossible to get ahold of. Anytime you call and can speak to a person they cannot find any information. Every time we call they have told us a different name or email is on the account. They have no records of our transactions and we are still unable to set up an online account to pay online, as the account number we were given is not enough characters. I cannot fathom having to work with these people for any longer. If anyone knows how to get out of working with this company please let me know! If possible do not work with this company.
