One of our automated shades had given up on life, and after weeks of frustration, Brandon not only answered immediately but showed up at our door in 10 minutes due to a cancellation--talk about timing! He fixed the main problem in minutes, then worked his magic on several other shades that were slightly off. His time and effort likely saved us thousands of dollars in future repairs or replacements. And for all that, he charged just $130--far less than we expected for such expert service. Brandon may not have a huge online presence--but trust me, if you need help, stop searching and call him. He's the shade superhero you didn't know you needed!

Got an immediate answer when I contacted them (and always do), came out, planted seed, fertilized, weed control, etc. I was so impressed i hired them to mow to assure we had a lush yard again. Today, it is thick with healthy grass, no weed patches, etc. The only complaint is how fast it grows because in a few days it is like plush carpet. Best feature is the pricing. One of the most economical around. A lot of bang for the buck!

My parents, Tom and Kindra Hayson, have called Kelly's Plumbing and Heating two different times…read moreover a couple of years. The most recent was this past Wednesday morning, April 10th, to fix a leak in their basement. They were told that they "might" be able to get to them yet that day otherwise they would be there the next day. My parents have waited around for 2 1/2 days and there has been absolutely no phone calls nor anyone from Kelly's Plumbing that has bothered to show up!! This is the most unprofessional, least courteous way to do business in a small town that I can imagine. The worst part is that they did this very same thing a couple of years ago and my parents, did finally get their work done and gave them another chance to "do right." My parents are 83 and 78. They still trust that when a company says they are coming to fix something the company WILL actually keep their word or at least call them and tell them they can't make it. We have many plumbers in Albert Lea. They won't be "bothering" your company again. Hopefully, you'll work harder on your customer relations in the future. Very disappointing!!!

I decided to dig out the mulch/dirt mix and put good dirt there. I dug down 1 inch and the stump was still there. I called Matt and he said he would come the following week and grind it. That was it he never came back and when I called and text and left messages I never got any response. I even took part of my fence down so he would have easy access to the stump and then he didn't show up. I was very happy at first with his crew but after being burned like that it was very frustrating. I ended up having someone else remove it for $350. I had originally left a very nice review for Albert Lea tree service and this is the revised review. If they remove a stump for you make sure you poke something into the ground before you pay. Included is a picture of the stump that was under the mulch/dirt mix.
