They were friendly, and they arrived within the time frame we had set up with them. They also identified a problem with our dryer vent system that prevented them from finishing the clean. Their equipment broke and they were no longer vacuuming the dust they were stirring up. They said that was no problem. I made them stop. After my heating ran my dining room was thoroughly coated with dust. I spend 3 days cleaning it from top to bottom. I think they are incompetent and dishonest. read more

Omer was very concerned about my poor experience and after speaking with him at length I decided to give him the opportunity to make things right. Omer came to my home on 3/25/24 as discussed. After apologizing once again; he took the time to complete a detailed inspection of my HVAC ducts. He presented me with images and options. I elected to have the system sanitized at this time. Omer completed that service diligently and professionally. I also asked him to provide me a quote on replacing my attic insulation. I received that quote promptly from him by the end of the day. It is a 3.5 stars rating review. The business manager is very communicative, tho they rescheduled my appointment time just before the day. Two staff came on time and cleaned the air duct in 30 minutues (without wearing masks which I was really concerned since my baby at home). The dislike part was they left the dust from pipe in my backyard and my dog seems to eat and vomit them out. If they don't want to cleanup the mess, at least they shoud notify me. read more

Walked us through on what and how he was going to get his work done and proceeded to give me updates. Due to building being so old and neglect from previous owners there was a significant amount of mold (not black mold thank god) that was needed to be treated on top of the regular cleaning that was to be done.
