Work on working was broken & springs over-tightened (short life, $1000 replace). Maybe this will turn-around better in 2027 & beyond? A little research found the company may have sold to group of investors. Who consolidated similar companies & tightened expenses (reduced worker pay & different product supply chain).

I chose the model with battery backup, keypad install and quiet motor. I'm very happy with Jalen's recommendation. I appreciated his friendly but professional service.
