They did have our car in their shop for an extended time, reportedly due to trim part unavailability (well over 30 days). Bit hard to believe, but possible. Once picked up and back in the garage, we noted that the Entire car had considerable paint contamination due to overspray. Luckly, I have the tools and ability to remove the overspray, which required about 5 hours of paint correction, polishing, and resealing the paint. A pro detailer would have charged over $300 for this same work. So, in conclusion; good repair work, less than good attention to detail, regarding the condition of the car as it was returned.

When I picked up my vehicle I was slightly nervous because we all know there's always some sort of bad news you hear after work is done. "This needs replaced asap, thats broken and will break down if not replaced soon" and quotes are prepared before you even show up. NONE of that occurred. I wasnt targeted to be upsold on a single thing. I didn't get the typical lecture of needing to spend hundreds of dollars in the near future. Dan told me everything checked out well, ran my payment and they both wished me a great evening! I came home and told my boyfriend if he ever needs work done he doesn't want to do, to take it there. He was helping another customer, but said he could get me an estimate in just a couple of minutes. As I waited I watched him take excellent care of the lady he was helping. Just a few minutes later he took a look at my car and determined it was likely salvageable, if I wanted to go that route instead of 'like new.' He tried to fix it on the spot, but it was going to take a bit more time. Then he fit me into his schedule that afternoon. I came back a few hours later and you couldn't even tell I'd tangoed with a yellow concrete pole! And the price he charged was super reasonable!
