Please reconsider having your car fixed, or even repaired here. After consulting with them concerning repairs made to my vehicle, they claimed that the work I was complaining about was performed by someone else. Even after showing them pictures of the work in pure light without a flash, I was told, "just don't show those pictures to anyone if you sell the car."
They said they would fix some of what they improperly repaired, but nothing was really done except for a poorly performed color polish which left more swirl marks on the car than it had when I brought it in. In other words, I have to pay to have what they just did to the car.
The lifetime warranty they claim is not a lifetime warranty at all, and they have a list of exclusions to make sure you don't qualify for them not charging someone else for the work. In reality, it's very easy to see the poor workmanship and lack of professionalism. When talking to them I never raised my tone or was agitated, however this response was met with near harassment as I was simply insulted and had the phone hung up on me. It is proper etiquette to treat a customer with respect---especially one that is well established in the business and legal community. I can assure you that we have filed a complaint with the BBB, and will follow up with complaints to the City of Canby, the State of Oregon business licensing agency---as well as notifying State Farm, Farmers, Allstate, and Progress of the incident which occurred this evening.
Additionally I will post privately hosted pictures of the repairs both before and after as well as the claimed "touch up repair" in which there was no work really done. You may see for yourself the poor quality of work and lack of expertise. To correct the damage they couldn't/won't fix it will be $1600 to paint the car (funny as that was the price of their entire quote to fix and repair damage---then paint). Save yourself the hassle of arguing with these people, feeling insulted. Please also note, that any good reviews of this shop do not appear to be truthful and cannot be verified. The site that hosts them is a private site that is unsafe to browse due to security concerns and no new reviews can be posted.
