The first time it was a good experience, also the second time, or so I thought. The next time one of my two girls didn't want to get in the van, so I picked her up and put her in. The other girl just went in with no problem. Today neither wanted to go in. I told Aussie Pet Mobile just to bathe them and nothing else so I thought no big deal. Took forever for the first one to get done and I started to worry. When she came back into the house, I noticed her coat had been trimmed. I was mad and confronted them, they said it was part of the package. I said what package, we agreed the day before for a bath only. They charged me out the ass just for bathing two dogs. The fact that my two dogs were afraid to get in the van tells me something bad happened in there. I wish I had understood that before, now I feel guilty. I had contacted them asking them from the start what day I would like an appointment because that was where I was available I would not get a answer back ever I had to double message them over and over again and after we came to an agreement for a wednesday they message me the next day only saying " sorry we actually meant Thursday that okay ?" I immediately replied saying no and I never got a reply and they went ahead and just made an appointment for Thursday and didn't even bother to discuss other days , I got a message later saying they would charge me $100 for cancellation 24 hrs before appointment when I had already tried cancelling I had to text all these different numbers just to get it cancelled. I have had multiple animals who've needed grooming over my lifetime, and this was hands down the worst, most joke of a franchise that I've ever tried. The groomer who arrive seemed very young and sweet, then mentioned having been bitten by 2 cats that morning already...that should have been my warning sign to cancel, but of course I'm an idiot sometimes. Shortly after I received 3 back to back calls from an unknown number, it was the girl. She said my cat bit her. That's nothing he's EVER done before, so I rushed right out. When I got to the van, he was back up on the table and she described that he "jumped off the table with the rope around his neck, so she tried to grab him overhand to pick him up and he bit her." My cat is 11 years old, docile, declawed & has never bitten anyone/other animal. He was shaking, terrified and I didn't get to see all the cuts all over his body that I can only assume caused him to try and get away in the first place. I stayed in the van comforting him then brought him in. It took hours for him to calm down enough to walk normally for us to be able to see the absolute uneven rake marks and cuts down into bare skin all over him. Then she wanted to charge full price. I let the manager know this was unacceptable and wanted to rectify this, we were told it would be another $75 (on top of the $143) charged for a traumatic experience for the young groomer. Absolutely ridiculous, response or attempt at resolution on their part. Terrible, undertrained staff and unreasonable management. Refused payment. read more

He was very sad after his hair was cut extremely short. We tried showing a picture of what we wanted to the groomer and he barely glanced at it and said ok. I was told our dog poop on the table and that has never happened before, I think he was scared and not well taken care of. They tried to charge me $20.00 for that. The first time I called them they sent someone by the name Michelle if I'm not wrong and she brought my baby back exactly the same I gave it to her after an hour and 20 minutes. She did nothing. I paid $150+$20 tips. My sister called them and they send Heather and she did an amazing job cleaned up his ears completely and plucked all the inner hair from his ears and she also shaped his hair beautifully, brushed his teeth and trimmed his paws. I tipped her $30 and my sister must have added another $10 for her amazing effort. Couple days ago I called in a the receptionist said Heather no longer works for them! I asked who is really good and she said Alex and I confirmed and she said you can check the reviews. Reviews and recommendations are great on Alex. He was friendly and I trusted you guys to do a great job because what you charge is at least twice of what the market price and that's why I entrusted my baby with you guys. I don't mind paying as long I get quality service and my baby is clean. I asked Alex if he knew what type of services he was performing on my baby and he said umm just the face hair trim. I said no, I am paying for the 15steps luxurious service. Trust me I can groom my baby if it was just basic. I can't trim the ears or his paws or shape his hair that's why I hired an expert!! I always give his shampoo and towel for them to use. Firstly, I always prefer honesty! We are humans no matter how perfect we are we all make mistakes. If you injure my baby I want you to communicate with me and let me know. My baby's leg had a cut. Alex was 15 mins late which is totally fine I understand and he finished the service in like 40mins. When I went to pickup my baby my entire body was filled with his hair, his hair went all over my face and my mouth. In my 2 years I have never had his hair fall crazy like that after grooming and when I asked Alex said that he put a dryer. I don't understand! He also didn't bath my baby!! How I know because the shampoo he uses smells at least for 7-8 days. He just put some spray that was there for a couple minutes. His mouth was smelly and his ears were not even touched!! Originally I use to take my dog to petsmart but after the last time they left him traumatized after they did something to his nails on his front paws . It was really nice not having to drag the pup out and go pick him up . We had Arisnely G. Come to our house . She was very friendly and on time . She took a good amount of time on him and he looked great when he was finished . She wasn't able to do his front paws but I was able to help her and we were able to get it done . I have 2 Miniature Aussie Doodles. Adorable, sweet and silly! But they can be difficult grooms. Monica has been grooming them since last summer. I love the fact that she takes care of them as if they are her "boys" and not just mine. Even though they don't really like being groomed, they aren't afraid of her. It can be difficult to find groomers who like doing doodles since they can easily get matted if their hair gets too long. I do like mine cut short. I've used other mobile pet groomers and usually have less than pleasant experiences. I decided to try one last mobile pet groomer this week. Caroline came in and met my havanese dog. She was warm and friendly. My dog had extensive matting and I knew she'd probably have to shave him. I always worry what a shave will look like because most groomers in the past have shaved my dog way too close to skin. Caroline did an amazing job. The shave was short enough to get the mats removed but not so short that it looked awful. Thank you Caroline. This company disclosed one price but ended up charging twice the amount originally quoted.
