Always fair prices with great selections BUT .. somebody hired a new person in charge of fair…read morepricing.. a HUGE FAIL. THEY KNOW NOTHIN ABOUT PRICING AND HAVE PRICED NESTLY ALL ITEMS WAY ABOVE WHAT USED ITEMS FAIR PRICING ONCE WAS. They get all merchandise FREE . DONATED.. so the profit margin is 100%...people with little $$$ or who love a bargain, once made out very well. From Cali to NC, I've shopped Salvation Army, donated to, and led many to their stores. They really need to ReThink how they are pricing and fire whomever decided that Bargins only apply to the Salvation Army.

So... do you want to run a "collectables/antique store" or do you want to run a "thrift store"?…read more#1. If you want to run a collectables/antique store the first thing you need to do is stop calling yourself a thrift store when pricing items as if you are running a collectables/antique store. #2. If you want to run a collectables/antique store items that you believe are valuable must be authenticated, cleaned up, displayed properly, and prices must be in line with the collectable or antique market values, whatever the market will bear at the time the item is being sold. Being a collectables/antique store requires expert level knowledge and attention to minute detail, unlike a thrift store. #3. Throwing things in a pile on filthy shelves with dollar store items and trash and pricing them like they are antiques or collectables without any of the proper steps outlined in #2 is simply an attempt to scam unwary consumers. #4. Props to you if you want to run a thrift store, this is a truly needed service in our community. Pricing needs to reflect the values of "thriftiness". No special attention needed for items you intended to sell in your thrift store. Just put the stock out and price as if it were a garage or estate sale of items of unknown value or quality. #5. Attempting to "police" your thrift store for "flippers" ends in the result described in #3. If you want to be a thrift store, be a thrift store, if you want to be a collectable/antique store, be a collectables/antique store. #6. This is HUGE, if your items have been donated, you received them FREE OF CHARGE! Think really hard about how you answer this... How can you, with a decent heart and soul, price your items so high that the ones who truly need them, can't afford them?? You're basically stealing from good-hearted souls who think a needy child will receive their donation at a very reasonable price...or an elderly person on a limited budget will be able to afford their donated items? You're ensuring that only resellers and collectors will be able to purchase the FREE items! You're making a huge profit off of FREE items that are donated for the needy! You simply don't get it or do you?

If frozen, when defrosted, you have wilted, mushy, rotting fruits and veggies. Delivery service is terrible..I've done it about 10 times in the past year. I'd say at least 8 times it was terrible. This last time, they didn't even show up?!?!?! I called several times before closing. Each time, they just let it ring and ring and ring. One time this happened and the customer service agent from overseas couldn't even get through. But this last time, I called the morning after, because the status was pending and customer service overseas could not cancel the order. So this woman finally did answer, and she was so RUDE. I couldn't believe it. But I kept my cool. She said to me, " yeah you can just come pick that up. It's ready. ," I said no thank you. I know it's been sitting in the freezer and I don't want wilted salad. I'd like to just cancel. "Ok so just go online and cancel it yourself!" She said. I started to explain AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Enough said? That woman doesn't need to be working there. And I will NOT be renewing my membership!!! No thank you!!! If I could give zero stars, I would.
